I made a purchase today, 7/26/2024 at the Germantown location. There was only one Clerk in the store, Nick (Nicholas) There were three people waiting and yet Nick cheerily greeted me.
Yet everyone was patient. He was working his tail off. But Nick was calm, and I watched him provide excellent customer service. He finished the transaction for an elderly Black man. What is amazing is Nick saw that the gentleman was having difficulty walking. Nick asked for patience from all of us still waiting. Then he asked the man, “Sir, do you want me to take your purchase to your car?”
My jaw dropped. You don’t get that kind of service now a days. One of the men waiting said, “How could anyone be upset when you are providing excellent customer service?”
As I waited for my turn, I saw Nick treat each customer as if that customer was the only customer in the store. Exellent Service!

I don't know why I keep thinking that's going to be different Everytime I go back.They really don't care, I see 3 employees back there having a loud conversation and I'm standing at the counter and no one wants to helpRealllllllyyyy a waste of time

Excellent service from Nick! I mean he definitely runs the store! You can be in the store and he picks up every call. I have called before and he has helped me over the phone easy too. This store has automatic doors in case you have to carry heavy gallons out the door and it's not really busy in the morning. I can't say anything else about the other days. The store is clean and aesthetically pleasing and there are loads of tools you can buy to assist with all your painting needs. Parking is easy too! Great place to get all your paint in my opinion. Thanks for the great customer service.

High quality paint but can't be counted upon. I always order ahead and prepay for my paint, wait until the email that says my order is ready just for them to not have my order completed or be completely out of stock when I arrive. Will have to switch to PPG and drive 20 more minutes out of the way.

Painting anything is a pain in anyone's posterior. Dealing with Sherwin Williams is the best and easiest part because from that point until the project is finished I am thinking about the various pain relievers I need both on the market and those not readily available. :)

They have always greeted me with smiles and respect. Also they are knowledgeable about their paints. I have used Sherwin Williams company paints over the last15 years now, interior and exterior.
