I came here for an amazon drop off. It’s my first time but wow, the amount of people that were in line? I don’t know how you guys handle it. After about 15 mins mainly cause one customer didn’t have their code, didn’t know which code was for what, she had maybe 19 items… i mean i can keep going. But the young lady was patient! When I reached the counter, which felt like eternity, I gave her my return. All I saw was piles of boxes, she said it was all from morning to then, to 2pm. There was trash can full of amazon bags, amazon boxes everywhere from all the returns, and you telling me this was a free drop off? Wow! They clean up after people, sort their things, tape their packages, scan them in and it was all free! Staples is too kind.

Whoever runs this place doesn’t respect themselves or their customers, nothing is stocked properly, the app shows things are in stock that are not, employees rarely show face or help with anything when they do show up. Everybody has noticed this place steadily declining. Avoid

I went on 6/26/25 at around 7:25pm I went to the Print Services to get 5 pages laminated in 10 mm lamination. The associate working there told me that they don’t laminate paper in 10 mm lamination anymore. I was surprised because every Staples I have been does this service. I called a few Staples in the area, and they all told me that they do 10 mm lamination. This associate was just looking at her cellphone when I arrived. Staples should hire people who are not lazy and who actually want to work instead of just looking at their cellphones.

I arrived at this store at 7:30 PM on a weekday evening, intending to print a document.
Typically, I send the document to the Staples email and get a print code before I even arrive at the store. This helps save time for both myself and others.
When I got to the store that evening, only two printers were available, and several customers were waiting. Since not all customers were familiar with the printing process, the printing efficiency wasn't very high.
I understand the store closes at 8:00 PM, but I still hope the store can increase the number of available machines based on customer traffic, as some printers had already been shut down.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a staples/ Amazon return location. When it was my turn at the counter, the guy working there ignored me for 5 minutes while repacking other items, I patiently waited until he went for item number 3, when he was clearly just doing it to be spiteful for no reason. I asked politely if he could process my item first, he started to patronize me about the virtue of “ waiting in line”. When he finally agreed to scan my item, he yelled at me to get my phone out of his face and told me to get out of his store. I’ve seen nothing but terrible reviews regarding this location when it came to Amazon return, so guys beware.

Avoid this location at all costs! I've visited this spot multiple times to return Amazon items, but the experience is consistently frustrating. The staff often seems more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers during work hours. One particularly egregious experience left me waiting nearly 10 minutes, only to be told they couldn't process my return due to a supposed label shortage – without even a hint of apology. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I am a pregnant African American female and I asked for help getting an office chair down and this lazy black man who works there acted like he was busy in the copy center for 20 minutes when he was on her personal phone laughing and acting like he didn't have a job to do. He said he would he right there but ultimately I had to ask someone else that doesn't even work there for help because this employee didn't want to do his job. Thats why this store is almost always empty. Because of people like him.

If you’re in the area and you need office supplies, this is the place to go. They have everything.Today I stopped by to grab a few office items that I needed. The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly. The store is also well labeled both overhead and for each aisle.Although I stopped by here today, I have used their next day delivery service, and it is outstanding. Easy and simple to order online. They also have a copier service which I have also used in the past and was extremely satisfied with. They were able to copy and bind materials for me.So if you need just about anything office related - pens, paper, furniture, electronics and especially ink toner, this is the place. in addition, they have a great kid section for kid related suppliesSo if you can’t pick it up at the grocery store, or you need something special and specific, then stop on by. They are friendly and well stocked.

I went to have a poster made as I had done many times in the past and the store was very unhelpful . They told me they didn't do what I had asked even though I had had it done in the past and called to see if they still do it. The first day I went the young man refused to do it because he said it would be blurry . Not what I asked, I wasn't to blurry for me. I got so frustrated and left. The manager watched the whole thing and never tried to help. He said nothing either way. Nor to help the employee or myself. I called another store and they said they could help me. The other store is not right by my house. I went back today and got another associate who said they could do what I asked but that it's an extra charge for them to basically realize the picture. It took 2 minutes because she kept talking then she's goes on to be short with me saying they don't offer this anymore because it takes time from other customers. None of this was said before. To crop a picture isn't rocket science. Finally she does it but still with an attitude. The Glenmont store is much more helpful. I wish that store was by my new house and still my Staples instead of this one. Go to Glenmont if possible

I would never vist this store again..I got some supplies for the kids and they never honored any of their sale price as well as a coupon that I had shown. Before I could check the bill, they ringed me out and went to the next customer..I realized I was ripped off once I came home and checked what I paid.
