I had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is clean, stylish, and has such a relaxing vibe. Ms Favour really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions. My hair has never looked or felt better! I’ve already received so many compliments, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and results! Also I love her hair care product line.

I made an appointment for 12:30. I arrive no one greets me so I awkwardly have to tell a braided my name and who I have an appointment with . About 10 mins later the person who was supposed to service me tells me that she’s running behind and needs 20 mins. Okay cool no problem . 1pm comes around I still haven’t been serviced 1:30 pm still not serviced also no communication on when I will be serviced. At 1:45 I decided I had had enough and decided to grab my belongings and leave . Now mind you I’m the only person sitting down waiting to be serviced . I leave and walk to the parking lot to cool down and the owner is calling out for me .she came to me in the parking trying to tell me that the person who was supposed to service me is now done. It’s 1:50 At this point and the service I booked was only supposed to take an hour . I tell her no thank and that I had to wait OVER AN HOUR EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT . She apologized asked if she needed to issue a refund . I appreciate the apology but the customer service was off and this place came recommended so I was excited to get my hair done but I will not be back and do not recommend .

It was my second time going to Style Plus Salon. Favour one more time was beyond expectation. She took the time from shampoo to hair styling for a wedding that i have tomorrow. She had an extra personal touch for the style to stay pristine until the day if the event.
It will be my hair salon from now on.

I have been a customer at Style Plus Salon for 4+ years and I can say with confidence that Favour and her team are one of the best stylists and hair braiders in Montgomery County. I have thin 4c hair and spent some time trying to look for dependable hair braiders in the area and once I found Style Plus Salon, I knew I had found the right place. The team is friendly, knowledgable, and professional and I always leave very happy with their service.
