I’ve gotten information and toured these apartments from one of the managers there, Ms. Karen Z. ? She has been wonderful throughout the process for me and quick with assisting me with the process especially since she was aware I was looking for something asap with needing to find somewhere new. But also very understanding.She shared information for other apartment location as well to give me more options with what may be another preference for myself or if I’d like it more, when it came to location or convenience with my work.I love her customer service, whether it was in person, phone & email.When she wasn’t there, I was able to get assistance from Ms. Sheila, ? very welcoming and lovely to talk to as a potential resident. Ms. Sheila has wonderful customer service when I would run into her at the leasing office or spoke over the phone.The neighborhood definitely seems family friendly, clean, has reasonable amenities for residents.Thank you for your assistance Ms. Karen and Ms. Sheila! ?

This is the worst place ever they have uneducated people working there they’re very rude disrespectful don’t allow you to talk talk over you they act like it’s a very nice place to live. It’s not nothing updated. The community has been the same for 32 years. All apartment looks the same as low value. autumn is very disrespectful. She needs to be smacked, I have also made a complaint to landlord and tenant. This place needs to be shut down. funny thing about it they don’t know who they’re speaking with or peoples job titles. I am fire and code enforcement. I can come and shut that property down so whomever do not move here especially if you have children they allow any and everyone to live here. it’s been three killings kids run around the neighborhood they don’t take care of the property. It looks low budget and low value.

I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home. If you are looking ask for Autumn very pleasent to work with and very informative in what she.does. quick at resolving issues. Believing and seeing this place transform is really something.. speaking as a resident I enjoy even the maintance crew welfrado for coming out to resolve a issue . Thank you management thumbs up

It is very very horrible living here they have a RAT problem witch they don’t seem to care.I can’t wait for my lease to be over, maintenance is very hard to reach cause they never ever answer I have some holes in my unit yesssss HOLES they suppose to full 3weeks ago and I’m still waiting so rats are coming in an out as they please.They need to do better.

Yeah the Hamptons raised my rent and I didn't know it until one day I went to the office to pay rent. They really worked feverishly all through the pandemic with me to ensure help was available for rental assistance. Yeah they're cool here/// Scott carroll

I’m not a resident just someone looking for another apartment home. I spoke with Patsy today. Honestly the conversation alone turn me away from this community.I started off with a simple standard availability question and asks about pricing and was told to look online. 3xs.For some weird reason she wouldn’t give me pricing.When I asked why, it was because she didn’t know what I was looking for and to come in office . Well that’s why I’m calling in to see if the availability matches what I’m looking for and thus the drive out will be reasonable ???Not to drive out to find out it not. I don’t know it was a really strange interaction.

First thing first no one answers the phone at the front desk. And when you do reach someone the leasing staff can’t tell you anything about your application because everything is online. It’s like they have staff for no reason.After reading all the other reviews I will not be renting here. Plus the apartments doesn’t look renovated for the price you are paying for. They won’t even fix the broken mirror glass in the living room. A/C is very old and sometime it doesn’t work. If there are negative stars I would definitely give it

I was looking for apartments in germantown but it seems like at least 5 including this that I've looked at had roaches and mice. Is this the new thing with apartments now? They basically just come with roaches and mice as part of these lease? SMH. I don't get why apartments don't get fined for this disgusting stuff. Nobody wants to eat with roaches and mice droppings in their food.Man, this is sad. These places need to be fined for this. They have no incentive to clean it up.You'd think you were in an impoverished area in the inner city the way these places look

The downfall of the Hamptons is the staff, they treat the residents with no respect. It's as if we live here and not pay rent from our hard earned money. The maintenance people show up months after you put in a ticket, they claim to have an "emergency maintenance team" don't even bother to get through to them. The people in the community center refuse to help residents with simple inconveniences, none of the laundry is clean or even works. You have to walk far from your apt to find a good laundry room. Honestly if you want to maintain your peace don't move here.

My mother lives on another property run by these folks. For a long time the management was hard to reach and my mothers home went neglected. Then, they hired MS Davis and I must say leadership is everything. I can imagine I may have been a lot to deal with given my frustrations with previous management and their handling of my mothers home. Ms Davis listened to all of my concerns and did all in her power to address them. My mothers home was like new and she couldn’t be more pleased. A big big kudos to Ms Davis who is a testament that proper leadership can go a long way for a company. 5 stars for their diligence and brilliant new hire for management.

I don’t like to give reviews but. I had enough with the maintenance, whenever you report something they just send a person to take a picture and they leave to just go seat in the car and waist time. The stove never works the refrigerator is old and rotten and when i reported they told us it was ok. They just don’t care about anything

This is my first time getting an apartment Ms, Chanello is an amazing leasing manager she made my moving process easier, and very much understandable as i also had many questions and concerns in regards to my unit. That she personally address and fixed with her team. She is very welcoming and kind and continues to provide great customer service. Thank Ms. Chanello
