I had been coming here for years but had not been back for a while with my car needing more than a oil change and fluids. I came in a Monday around 1:30 pm. No wait and super fast, friendly service with no pressure to buy additional filters or upgrades. The oil change and fluid checks/refills were done in less than 15 minutes.Nice waiting room with 4 chairs, Keurig coffees and water, bathroom, and TV.Jose explained what packages were offered and the minimum my car would need and higher options. No pressure. Keem performed my maintenance with a smile. Jose processed my payment and let me know I could come back for a free fluid refill or check before a road trip. Jose and Keem were very pleasant and professional,and I was relieved there was no pressure to replace dirty filters or higher priced oil.All in all, a very quick, easy, pleasant way to get your oil changed, lights, air pressure and fluids checked for $90 plus a cup of good coffee. I plan to come back.

Jordan was so informative and attentive to my inquiries. Made a point to make me feel comfortable asking what the fuel induction does for my ford focus. Definitely recommend this place for all your car needs! He even made the cost efficient for my budget!Services: Tires

Best lube center in Moco!! Ajahni & JC was swift and efficient with draining and changing my oil! Faith made sure I got excellent customer service by educating me on what my car needs and the engine size! German came out at the end to ensure my service today was awesome (WHICH IT DESERVES A CHEFS KISS) and he gave me waters and lollipops! The team was cool, laid back and fast!! Great memory too! I appreciate the service guys keep doing your BIG ONE! Y’all ROCK❤️

This location "apparently " don't take Endurance Warranty (they pay $50 towards my oil change & I pay the difference) but went right around the corner to the other location and got it done with no problem. The 3 gentleman that was there I think just didn't want to do it they wanted a chill day to do nothing because that's literally what they were doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT STANDING AROUND. So I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION I prefer you go around the corner to the frederick rd location MUCH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took my truck in to get a oil change and was told they don’t have the oil filter which is fine so I took it to another oil change place and come to find out didn’t put the oil cap back on… was placed on the ledge of the windshield good thing it didn’t fall off…

Been coming here to get my oil change since I started driving - always great service! But yesterday was on a new level. One of my airpods had fallen through a hole in the nook of my emergency break. My options were take the L and chew out $200+ for a new pair or 10x that for a mechanic to take my car apart to get it... The manager got it out in less than 20 minutes. I was insistent on a tip but he declined, suggested a yelp review instead. I don't think I've ever given an establishment 5 stars before but they've definitely earned my first!

I'll start off by saying I have been a loyal customer to both the Lube Center and The Auto Spa in Germantown for over a decade. During my normal routine of having my wife's SUV oil changed, tires rotated, and then over to have it cleaned, today's experience was horrible. First, the tech at the Lube Center clearly was NOT trained and took forever to just get my car up on a lift.. And after tires were rotated, car was lowered down with lugnurs hand tightened.. Had to have the assistant manager come over and tell the tech to tighten and torque all 4 wheels. Considering you have signs everywhere reminding customers to rotate their tires regularly I cannot fathom why they wouldn't be trained and profficent at this. I then drove the the auto spa as I usually do and my car went through the car wash with the system not operating at all. I was given a very quick apology anen had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes in line to get my car washed properly (which, spoiler alert, wasn't).

Great service. Came in for an oil change and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Lube center offers a coupon for an oil change on their website.

This place is great! I went before the pandemic and said I would make a review. I forgot and still feel bad about it. That crew were the original GOATS of the Lube Center. The crew now are great! They noticed I have an oil leak on my head gasket and told me. They filled my tires for free and let me know it was not safe for my car to have an oil leak. They are honest, EFFECTIVE, and AWESOME! Especially Mr. Keen the tech.

#GREAT Customer service !!I have been coming to this center for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. Kevin has d an excellent job with running and managing this location, prior to Kevin, I must say the service was not that good. However, This week I was hearing a strange noise coming from under my car, after coming back from a long road trip . i knew it was not a Lube Center issue, but I knew that the gentleman in the shop would be able to give me some direction as to what it was and which way to go. I pulled on to the bay and I met with Keem who had greatly assisted me in the past. This time he was able to review the issue I was having my car, gave me his opinion and solution. After 5 minutes I was able to driveaway noise free (issue fixEd)Again, this location has been very helpful for For all my car needs and has always made me feel comfortable bringing my car to them. shout out!!!!much ...much shout out!!!!! to Mr. Kevin and Mr.Akeem at the Middle Brook location.

The whole crew was fast, efficient, and friendly! I got an oil change and Jared had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They even checked a number of things no one else has (like high beam lights). While they let me know of additional services that could be for my car, they weren’t pushy. I had left another establishment telling me it was gonna take three hours to do an oil change. I pulled up and found a lady named Faith. She took care of me, listen to my issues, gave me a free drink, and was friendly and professional. I was in an hour and a half hour.
