Horrible experience! Spending $220 to get a manager that was rude, cashier was rude not helpful at all. I had to find the missing piece because they refuse to help or sale me the short I wanted due to being part of a set being gone. Manager has no professionalism and same as employees at front. Horrible store so sad 😟 please get a new store manager!🙏🙏🙏🙏

Line is always insanely long and slow. They really need to streamline checkout. Even if the line doesn't look long, I'm usually waiting at least 30 minutes to check out. It's more time saving to drive over to another tjmaxx or Marshalls and buy my items there even though they are further away.

I love Miss T.J., but the lines are always incredibly long. I recently went there for a short about of time, and I started feeling lightheaded because the air was off on a very hot day. This made my experience so physically uncomfortable. I hope these issues can be resolved.

The T.J.Max in Olney is the absolute best T.J.MAX the manager of this store works just as hard as everyone else he is right there on the floor setting things up for the better of the business. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The selection is fabulous too. Try it and see. ❤️

The store has more selection than Marshalls in Gaithersburg but the line was so long even at closing time (9pm) so I decided not to buy anything. They need to add self-checkout machines if the store is only going to have 3 cashiers. The store was clean and organized which is a plus.
