Ben replaced our window quickly, and at a good price. He was efficient, friendly, did quality work and even tweeked our front storm doors, which weren’t closing properly, as a kind bonus. We would highly recommend him!

One of the windows at our business was cracked, so when I called for an estimate, they responded right away. They were very nice and courteous, and helpful in explaining what was needed to get the job done—it’s an older building so the replacement window needed to be up to code. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely recommend Top Value Glass (Germantown) if you need glass repair. Ben offered to come 30 minutes after I had filed out a request form on Yelp, and that was on a Sunday afternoon, when the business was closed! He made sure that my broken window was safe until the glass would be replaced, and he repaired the window on the day he promised it would be fixed. Excellent professional and friendly service!

Asked Ben to repair a coil spring in a window in our garage, he came the next day and replaced the broken spring. Turns out the spring broke within three weeks probably because of shoddy manufacturing in China.
Ben came out the next day (the day before Thanksgiving) and replaced the spring at no charge.
Quite friendly and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

It was a pleasure working with Top Value Glass. Ben was excellent…responsive, courteous and professional. While he was extremely busy, Ben came to my home and installed the new glass panes on a Sunday afternoon. Customer service extraordinaire. I called Top Value Glass for a glass panel repair in an older door, and Ben fit me in for the next morning. The repair was thorough—all old glass removed, cleared away, new panel installed beautifully. I am beyond pleased. Ben showed me every step of the invoicing and was transparent about the repair price before showing up—and the price was extremely reasonable. I will DEFINITELY contact Top Value Glass & Window Repair again!!
