I have had 2 recent packages sent to Germantown location. I got the notification of delivery, but when I arrived to pick up the packages I am told they were not received. I have changes my delivery location.

Got a return package for Amazon, it is well packed but I didn’t seal the top in case item was to be checked. The service gentleman told me he does not check, so I ask to borrow the tape to seal the top. I was told coldly that I will be charged for using their tape.

I’ve been going to this UPS Store for close to 20 years. The owner, Andy, is the best. It’s a very busy store and he handles the customers so well. The line moves fairly quickly. Andy and his people will find the best options to ship your packages. Come prepared with packages taped up or bring a $1 to pay them to tape it. A dollar is a real bargain. How many things cost that little these days. ❤️

I’ve been going to this store almost every day for two years for my business and to pick up my mail. The workers here are top notch and extremely friendly. All the bad reviews are from people who show up at busy hours and then complain about the wait time or don’t know how to package an Amazon return and then blame the workers. They do their job exceptionally well and are extremely helpful anytime I or anyone has asked.

My far this is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. The only reason why I even come here on occasion is because of the proximity to my house. Whenever I walk in and see that the older gentleman is working, I know my time is going to be wasted. There is no sense of urgency and he does not greet or thank you. I rather make the longer drive to another UPS to avoid being annoyed and receiving bad customer service. Get it together

Horrible service, hardware and honestly can't think of a reason to come here again.
Went to the UPS website to make some prints and found out their online system was broken so I had to email to a different address and print it there. But when I was paying the price was completely different than what was quote online by a wide margin. If I wasn't in a hurry I would not have paid. The staff just gave me an pay or get lost attitude. So really nothing good to say about this location.

Kind of rude when I went in there to do an Amazon return. My package wasn’t taped and the guy was rude to me about it. I mean come on. They have tape rolls right next to him on the counter!
