I took 12 UPS envelopes to ship next day that were time sensitive. All scanned in and 11 scanned out the location. One of the UPS envelopes was never scanned out and no other tracking info can be found. The store keeps saying they shipped everything out and will not take responsibility for losing a time sensitive package. I called customer service and there is no other activity since it was scanned in that store.

With respect, there is no reason to ever, ever go here.The one a few miles away in the Milestone shopping center is infinitely better with significantly greater customer service, a much cleaner store (which really does matter), and what I would say is actually professional packing.

They cant tape your box, they dont have store email to print a label for you. Will drive further for better store next time.

Literally every time I come in this place the line is out the door and there is only one guy here. He’s slow as hell. Service sucks

I don’t want to make it personal but from what I have experienced, their staff is very rude and unprofessional and maybe racist.I went to return my package, waited in a long line, I asked the staff if I can use their tape to seal the package, she said she needs to charge me $1 for that! However I saw the African customer in front of me who’s package got taped by them without charge, and when it’s my turn I was asked to pay to tape my package!!!! Even though I was a bit upset but I still asked her nicely if she could give me my label, I can bring my package back home and tape myself, but she just teared the label apart right in front me said she can’t give it to me! I had to go home and tape my package, next day I went back to the store with a taped package, asked them to reprint the label, they said label can’t be reprinted! I checked the label status online, it shows it’s in transit and fee is charged, she couldn’t even cancel it or reprint it! I had to waste a long time to contact the merchandise again to request another new return label! This is so so so unprofessional! I have never experienced anything like this in any delivery company, please close this location because I will never come back again!

I understand being busy, but the customers are also busy. I went in to get a large envelope and send a return around noon. There was one clerk and one customer in the store. Apparently the one customer was doing something complicated, because I stood around for about 5 minutes and the clerk never even said, “hi,” or “I will be right with you,” or anything. The other customer expressed more interest in my existence than the clerk. I was there on my lunch break and had many errands to do, it would be considerate to say, really anything, so I might have an idea of whether I should stay. I ended up putting the large envelope back and leaving.Normally at this point, a clerk might say, “ma’am, this will only take another moment,” but no. Apparently communicating is difficult. It’s ok, there are dozens of other places to buy envelopes and ship things in the area.

Some "Hi" at starting of transition and "Thank you" at end of transition wont hurts I guess. I was dropping off the package from amazon that have label and box already that dont need any interaction other than HI and Thank you and she cant even say that

These people are both very annoying, they didn't want to help me and they just told me that they didn't understand my language and they both looked annoyed and lacked patience. I was making an effort to speak to them in English. But they are discriminatory. I both went to another oops and they returned me and the people at the UPS location on Frederick road are very friendly.

Great UPS Store location. Busy after 5pm which is the definition of common sense. Andy and staff are very polite, always helpful and kind. If you have a meltdown being rude to UPS employees, you should seek professional therapy

Always a ridiculous wait. Twice I waited 30 minutes or more & walked out. If you have Amazon returns don't go here. Go to Kohl's in Germantown there's never a wait there.

Don't understand the level of inconvenience this store has costed me. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and I'm shocked at the way the employees deal with situations. I used the ups website to order documents prints for instore pickup. It even took my card information and charged me. Got conformation email with the correct address of store for pick up. The pick up was to be ready Monday at 3pm but it was a holiday yesterday. So today ar 1pm i called the store to see if my order was ready. They imformed me that they don't accept online orders in the store and that i would have to contact customer service for a refund. I asked to just come in and show my conformation abd just print documents inplace of refund. They still wouldnt assist me. So 1:06pm i called customer service, they informed me that i needed to be refunded by the store not customer service since its an instore pick up. 130pm i arrive at the store and explained that i had called in about my order and was told to contact customer service. This is multiple times that I'm being inconvenienced when I paid for my documents that i needed in a timely mannor and specifically order for pick up because i have young children and needed multiple documents in multiple quantities. The worker told me that even if i call customer service instore they will not refund me because the manager wasn't on duty. From my experience as a cashier, assistant manager And manager you always have a person in charge on duty to resolve these issues easy leaving the customer happy and wanting to return. As of 4:28 its no resolved and I even found an email recommended here on other posts that I reached out to.

It's just ok. For Amazon drop offs for returns, I've had no issues, but for regular returns.. they want to charge you $1 for putting tape on the box?! No thank you. I walked out of there. Very small and crowded at times too. Tends to only be 1 person working.
