I placed an express 1 hour phone pick up order to this store and it took them a little over 4 hours to have it ready. They were not accommodating when I came in after 3 hours. Is it hard to retrieve a phone from the storage and process the order?? My pizza at dominoes can be prepared and delivered quicker than it took this store to hand me my phone.

Left pretty disappointed. I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone, and was told that I had a promotion where I wouldn't need to pay the remaining balance. I couldn't get the phone yesterday and he told me the promotion would last a week. Came back today, no promotion lol, had to pay off the balance. I then asked if the S25+ was better overall than the S25 and the sales rep said that the S25 is perfect the S25+ is just bigger and thats it. So I went with the S25, needless to say he didn't mention anything about the S25+ having a 20% bigger battery that I found online after I bought the S25 (I even told the guy I needed a phone with a strong battery due to my phone dying a bunch and having issues with the battery performance).

Went here to change our former provider to Verizon, great service and it was fast. Thanks to the lady who help us, and our phone now is both working and coverage is good.

The store does not accept Verizon equipment returns and refers you to 125 Ellington Blvd in Gaithersburg. When asked if they could provide a label for the UPS store next door they refused. One of many reasons I've switched providers. Customer service is much to be desired.

Some of the sales personnel are funneling customers' refund money to,most likely, their acount and exposing customers for unnecery hurdles.

Disaffected employee who had to go to store manager, who sat on his rear the entire 45 minutes I was there, three times because she clearly didn't have a clue, couldn't answer basic questions and generally no help whatsoever. If you want a frustrating experience, be my guest and go to the Germantown Verizon store.

I was at this Verizon store in Germantown, MD (at Milestone) for a phone upgrade. I was assisted by Andy, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have generally received very good service from the staff at this store, but the service that Andy provided was exceptional, and well-above what I expected.

The place is smaller than it used to be but the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Just picked up my upgraded iphone. The customer service associates at the store were very helpful and remembered me from when I was in there previously for another iphone. The service was fast and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great store!

I got a new phone and tried to switch it to my wife and I would get her phone. Walked in the store with my 11am appointment. The manager said I need to pay $50 for multiple phones set up. I was not notified or consent for the charge before i made the decision of the switching at store level. He shown me $29.99 per device but did not show $50.00 per multiple devices. He rather said he would charge me for $60.00. The manager was very rude and he tried to push me out when I tried to argue with about this. I am a royal customer, then he said others as well. I have 5 lines with Verizon and they over charged anyway. So I finally decided to move another carrier. Costco also kicked them out too.

Terrible customer service. Carlos lied about multiple things dealing with promotions, said to text him to remove the deals after 60 days. Spoke to 800 number for Verizon because something seemed off with bill being extremely high compared to what we saw online. Turns out none of the promos were real deals.
