We've recommended them to numerous friends, and will continue to do so every chance we get. Their vets and staff are knowledgeable and empathetic, they routinely make time for us whenever we've had an emergency, and their rates are absolutely reasonable.

Today we went through the process of putting our 17 year old dachshund to sleep. While in no way was that an experience I want to ever repeat, I cannot describe how wonderful everyone at Germantown was. I could go on and on about them, but the bottom line is that they care and are amazing at what they do, and my wife and I are just so glad they were there for us today just like they have been every day for the past half-decade.
