If I could leave zero stars I would. From the beginning dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Very poor customer service for starters. On the day of installation the tech… 3rd party tech said I could cash app him $100 to cement the pole in or my husband could do it . I should have known right then. We cemented in the pole and it was installed. 2 days later I had no internet. This same tech came out 2 days after reporting it and said the storm fried the cable. There was no storm. He connected to an old cable from direct tv that my husband had… again cut corners. He put a new cable in but LEFT IT ABOVE GROUND!!! He said I could cash app him 150 and he’d bury it. I called customer service ( ugh) and got nowhere. I told them I wanted to disconnect and they can come get their equipment . They told me I would have service until the end of the billing cycle and I said no disconnect it now. So they billed me and I disputed it. Today I saw they debited 470 for equipment and early termination . I went right to my bank. This company is very shady.. I would not do business with them. I went to Verizon and even tho I live where fiber isn’t available yet I got internet from them that works like a hotspot and absolutely no issues. Do not work with Viasat .

Rude customer service representatives. Don't know anything, don't want to help with anything, and I have to argue with them to get what I need done. Monkeys would be better at helping you than their customer service.Don't even call them, spend your money somewhere else on wifi. I would give a .1 of a star but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can go.

Awful internet and absolutely awful customer service. Purchased for a 5 hour flight and the wifi was spotty and did not load my content well. When I reached out to their support team the next day they did not give a refund.

Poor customer service as the reps are trained to hide how poor the service is and how expensive and restrictive the contract conditions are relative to fast city internet. The satellite internet itself has high latency (ping) but semi-decent speeds. Admittedly, I don't own any satellites myself that transmit internet signals, but this company seems to design their services simply to extract the maximum fees for the minimum value. Maybe providing satellite internet is rural areas is a tough business but they could probably be more humane about it.

Terrible company I will highly Recommend ! staying away from this company they have high outrageous prices slow Internet speed and Lots of hidden Fees that cost hundreds of dollars... Stay away at all cost

Great place to work. Our new building in the Germantown location has made it even better. Been here in Germantown 12 years and have never felt the need to look at other places of employment. Finger crossed it continues

If there was a negative option thats what this service would get! They have rude representatives and the internet service is litterally the worst, if there was another option there would be no way I would EVER use this company!

Terrible service!! Called because I have not received good speeds the entire 9 days I have had them. Instead of having a tech come and take a look they sent me to an customer service rep to have my internet disconnected. I asked of they were gonna have a tech check my equipment out they said no thos easier.

If you can avoid going through viasat save yourself the headache and go anywhere else!! Slow service, overpriced. Installer came out, cut my cable line in my bedroom and even stole a splitter that i had installed to take cable to my upstairs and downstairs. legal action will be sought if they are unable to fix the situation. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The installers knocked out a screen, drilled a hole in my wall, and left dust, dirt, bits of cabling, and all of the packaging just lying there. Furthermore, they didn't even give me a wall plate. It's just a cabling running right through my exterior wall. Before the installers left, we did speed tests, which were about 1/5 the speed I was paying for. Installers said not their problem and left. Called support and they said it looks fine and there's nothing they can do. Asked to cancel and was told there would be a $300 early termination fee even though I only had the service for 45 min. Do not buy this service if you have any other options!

This is by far the worst service I've ever paid for. I cannot wait until Spectrum is finished installing in our area. I have a Samsung cell phone that I can call people, surf the web, watch movies, share my internet with our entire house that out performs this absolutely terrible "High Speed" internet service. And that's all it does! At $110.00 dollars a month we should be able to get through a singular Netflix episode! I am looking forward to seeing this account in collection on my credit report! I'll be throwing the equipment away so that I may save someone the anguish of having installed at thier house. I wish AOL 2.0 was still around, atleast that was faster...

Viasat internet is slow 12 Mbps Frist they charge 44.00 for the first 3 months. After that it was 75. If you want a look little faster spend 25 Mbps it's 100. Kinda expensive for slow unpredictable speed stay away because they carry a cancellation fee you'll be highly disappointed with this service. Customer service is another they want your business so they treat you right but it's a piece of junk
