I give Brian, Meylin, Taylor and MD 5 stars for making my whole experience excellent. I have health issues so I got the last appointment for the Pfizer shot at 7:30 PM and I am glad. It was quiet and not a lot of people were there. Brian was the pharmacist who gave me the Pfizer shot and he did everything correctly. Because, I have gotten the Pfizer shot there a few times before it really was not necessary for me to stay the whole 15 minutes. I did shop a little and spoke to Meylin with customer service who assisted me with what I was looking for. I spoke to the manager Taylor who was helpful in answering my other questions. My cashier who checked me out was MD and he was very polite and kind.

Scheduled a vaccine appointment, they did not have one of the vaccines but did not bother to contact me. Stayed for the other vaccination, which took over 30 minutes to get, even though there was nothing else going on. Asked to use the bathroom adjacent to the pharmacy and was told that they’re not available for customers. Service is the last thing on anyone’s mind at this store, so be prepared.

The guy who gave me the vaccine. He did not ask which arm I want it in before giving it to me. Also he did not tell me to wait 15 min after recieving the vaccine like he was supposed to.

Their automated system sucks. 2 days I have tried to submit 3 prescription refills system just says "normally I would connect you to a pharmacist but" nothing then starts over. Always on hold forever. Then, when u get a person, the rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere. (Time to sell back to rite aid)

Where do I begin? Let's start with the Pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions from another local pharmacy for a number of reasons. Mainly being that they never had prescriptions ready, and the high turnover rate with staff and Pharmacists. When I first started going to Walgreens pharmacy, they were perfect. Prescription was always ready on time, above and beyond service. Yesterday, for the first time in almost 2 years, a prescription that I have been taking, generic at that, was all of a sudden not covered by my insurance. After three calls to my insurance company, a prior-authorization and a phone call from my doctor, the medication was approved until June of 2024 which is the only reason I will be continuing to patronize this business for my prescriptions. The Pharmacist, pharmacy staff, and phone person will not give you any information except..."I understand". I don't even know who the Pharmacist on duty is because there is a new Pharmacist every week. Todays visit: 6/24/2023 Nothing on the shelves, absolutely nothing. Pharmacy out the door at 5:59pm. So I grabbed a few cleaning supplies. I get to the cashier, he can't tell me the pharmacy hours for Sunday and he's clearly nodding under the influence of something. So I come home to call and get the information for the district manager and was told this location has NO STORE MANAGER at that location or on duty. No store manager. They have been operating a whole business and pharmacy with no store manager. Long story short, say no to drugs and be buyer be aware of your surroundings. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Staff is friendly because I am. Aside from Express Scripts (mail order, which I detest), this is where my plan will fill my prescriptions. Although the Giant at Milestone was more friendly and faster, I've never been robbed outside the Walgreens! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for around 27 months ago at the Milestone Giant. I feel safer here than there.

Worst pharmacy ever. They have a different pharmacists every day. So the same mistakes occur over and over, it's like groundhogs day. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go anywhere else.

This is for the pharmacy.I've lived all over Maryland, and it wasn't until I moved up to Germantown that I started using Walgreens. I've been to CVS and Safeway to pick up my hormones in the past, but nothing has compared to my treatment at Walgreens. Truly one of the most welcoming pharmacies I've gone to. They allow me to have my preferred name on file (cvs refused to do that), and they understand that the hormones I use are injectable so there's little to no issue trying to aquire the needles I need to use (other than stock issues but obviously that isn't entirely their fault). I've had all sorts of issues with that at other pharmacies, so to see how understanding and knowledgeable alot of the staff are, it really brings peace of mind to me when picking up from here. I'm sad I'm moving again so soon cause this one has really become a home for me. Thank you all so much!

They NEVER have the medication I need in stock, they are not knowledgeable and one person flat out told me that they didn't have the medication I needed at all. Mind you I seen this same person that told me that working on the regular register not long before that, they need more training to say the least!

The people here try very hard and do their best to be nice. The system was apparently broken and overtaxed by the local population growth long before we came to this pharmacy 8 months ago.At least half of them time, we have had errors with medications, medications not ready on time. Auto refills inconsistently effective. Have sat on hold on the phone for over an hour trying to reach a single pharmacy representative more times than we can count, etc etc etc....We know they are trying but they still seem overwhelmed and I have just as often also see many other frustrated customers ever since we started coming here.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My prescription, with four remaining refills on it, was "closed" and no one knows why. It was supposed to be ready Sunday. No call from pharmacy to tell me. I only find out today when I go to pick it up. My doctor's office has called, also puzzled. They had to send new orders and still I have no answer on when or even if it will be ready. If they ever manage to fill it, I will be transferring it somewhere else.

I could not find a specific item that I needed and was referred to ask the pharmacist. I walked up to the pharmacist and asked if I could ask her a question and she said no you can't I'm closing for lunch. I said I can't ask you a simple question on where an item is before you do that she replied no you can't. I thought that was extremely rude and very unprofessional, clearly her priorities are not her customers.

This is the closest Walgreens near Clarksburg right now, although it's in Germantown. The pharmacy wasn't the most organized and took longer than most Walgreens. The location is right off of the interstate 270 so it's not too far of a drive. Hopefully we will see one closer to Clarksburg soon!
