I ordered a photo that was supposed to be put on wood for Sameday pick up. They said they fulfilled the order. It was ready for pick up. This morning when I go to pick up the order, the hand me an 8 x 10 picture not completed the way they said it would be. I could’ve actually printed a day at home the quality of this picture.
The gentleman with the lawn here that’s a stir clerk I had to go up to him to even get his attention to the register when I first got there he was playing on his phone and he always mumbles and seems kind of out of it or completely just disinterested in his job
The manager isn’t much better. He canceled the order cause I told him I’m not paying for a picture that they didn’t complete.
Bottom liners don’t order pictures from there and don’t expect anything to actually get resolved if an order goes wrong
It is now 27 December I have talked to two different managers in a team lead and they still have not successfully canceled the order since I still get reminders for it and when I log into my account, it says ready for pick up I’m attempting to go back up to the store so I can have my money back. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I will be looking into if I can contact who’s ever above the leadership at the store absolutely horrible.

I visited the Walgreens store19966 in Germantown and had an excellent experience with the pharmacist, Dr. Nadia Rezaiean. She took the time to carefully explain everything about my prescription, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood the medication and dosage. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond for their patients — thank you, Dr. Rezaiean, for your exceptional service!

I was greeted by Jesus. He took all my information and checked me in for my appointment for covid vaccination. The pharmacist technician who gave me my vaccination was Jazzir. Both Jesus and Jazzir are excellent at doing their jobs. They are both thorough, honest, Kind, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, personal, patient and care about the customer which I am glad I am one of them.

And to the gentleman working tonight at 9:00 pm on September 19th. Not all black people steal. Do not follow me around the store . I have 2 masters degree , specifically in criminal justice administration. That’s harassment and I can easily sue you all for discrimination. A good handful of items I purchased were not in the right place or didn't have the correct labeled price tag. I never go shopping at Walgreens often and I went in just to buy two things coming out with like 10 items. I used to be a fairly regular customer in another location in Montgomery County and I grew up in this county all over. I ended up buying everything anyways after realizing the prices were more.

This one is somehow better than the Quince Orchard location but this location actively and intentionally tries to be terrible. I get it, Walgreens sucks, but my insurance requires me to use Walgreens. You don’t have to make it worse if you can control it.

Twice I’ve come into this store and there is no one at the register. Today, I called out three times for someone to check me out and no one came until I walked out of the store.

Do not go here for photo enlargement. They looked at me like I was crazy for having two printed photos I needed enlarged, just to tell me that their scanner has been down for over a year and no one has bothered to fix it.

I just used the ATM and I got a torn bill from the ATM and they didn't want to change it knowing that it was the ATM that gave me the bill like that.
