Maybe it was just a busy day, or they were short staffed, but it took them 4 hours to do an oil and transmission fluid change. This isn't complicated work, I could have done myself for less and saved 3 hours.

I had a rusted out break line that ran the length of my care that need to be replaced. The process requires about $30 in brush nickel tube, a wrench to bend it, and then you replace the 2 lines with come labor. Given it takes about 4 hours it should cost around $500. THESE GOONS WANTED $3600. Do not let these criminals touch your car. Go to literally anywhere else.

Came in for an International Driver's Permit- prompt, fast, straightforward, well-handled service. Absolutely made a big question mark of a process I'm not familiar with into an amazingly smooth one.

I Made an appointment for a basic oil change 5 days in advance for 10am, I explained that I work right across the street and was told to drop it off early and they may be able to get it in earlier than my appt. I wasn’t worried about getting it done early I just need the car back by 2:30-3:00pm and they said that was no problem. I dropped the car off at 8:30 the day of my appt the advisor said that it would be early afternoon possibly by lunch. I again stated I am right across the street and anything by 3pm would be perfect. I hadn’t heard anything and could still see the car exactly where I parked it at 12:30. Still no call or vehicle movement at 1:30. I called and was told it was the next one in line. At 2:30 still no call and the car still was parked where I left it. I walked back to the shop asked for my keys and was told it wasn’t complete where I said it wasn’t even started. I was given the keys back without an apology or any attempt at making the situation better. As a long tenured automotive industry employee that’s not how business is conducted. I don’t recommend going here

I would like to preface this review by stating that a place I used to take my car to now has new ownership and did not even address why I took my car there in the first place (exhaust system went to poop)... so this was an emergency repair and it went smoothly and swiftly.
My point of contact at this AAA was a gentleman named Gary and he was a fantastic help. My entire exhaust system had gone to crap and needed to be replaced, including the catalytic converter, because of damage done by the previous auto repair shop. Upon arrival on May 16th, I was not only given a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, but a tour of my car's undercarriage to show why parts needed to be replaced. I set up an appoint for May 21st because all the parts would be in by then. I had a 10am appointment and they were all ready for me... Gary said it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours to complete. And like clockwork, it was completed in just over two hours. They gave me a tour again to show what they did and it was all very reasonably priced, too! Gary and the other gentleman who did the repairs were kind, thorough, and super nice. Overall, a great experience and I am happy to have my car running smoothly and much quieter now! Kudos all around.

Had a very old car taken there for repairs that turned out to be wiring . They said it would need to go to a dealer. We decided it was too old to spend money on wiring so they helped us to dispose of it.

I recently signed up for AAA when my car broke down on the interstate. The service center that took my call, helped me get a tow and kept me updated on the status and location of the tow truck before it came to me. Since I was in an unsafe area on the highway, they made my pick-up a priority.
I dropped my car off on Sunday and the next day, Glen called me with a full diagnostic report on my car. Not only did he provide me with the details of what was wrong with my car, he also gave me recommendations for services I might want to look into for the future.
AAA was incredibly helpful and I felt like I was being taken care of instead of taken advantage of, like I have felt many other times. I plan to continue bringing my business to AAA.

Great customer service. My vehicle was towed there via AAA and the tow truck driver was timely, courteous and efficient. My vehicle now is at AAA for the repair.

I made an order online for 4 tires on 7 Nov. I made the appointment for 10Nov. When I talked to J. Aviles he told me i could not use the $150 coupon because it was from online and could not be accepted in the store. I declined the road hazard plan and alignment plan. However, I asked for the free alignment check. When the salesman told me the car needed an alignment, he then refused to do the needed service. After driving the car home something did not feel right with the tires which I thought might be cold tires. However, the problem persisted. On 28 Nov I took the car to my Toyota dealer for an alignment and discover the tires and wheels were not balanced and I had not received the TPMS Seal kit I had paid for. The standard installation plan (79,96) included wheel balancing. I paid $64.95 at the dealer to correct the problem caused by the poor service I received from AAA. I am a AAA member and was not provided any discount. I also have insurance with AAA which I may reconsider.

If there was a way to give 0 that’s what they would get my mother was towed there and after sitting for 8 hours was told she could not get service until Monday mean while all other cars came in and got service right away I could go on but I won’t please if you are African American don’t bother these people are openly racist I can not believe that in 2023 that grown adult males are still like this something has to be done this is unacceptable
