AVOID AIT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I'm extremely disappointed and outraged by the atrocious service I received from AIT. I purchased a refrigerator from Walmart, which partnered with AIT for delivery. Despite confirming with Walmart that AIT would deliver and install the appliance inside my kitchen, the AIT delivery team refused to do so.
Their excuse? It wasn't written in their delivery instructions. Unbelievable! They demanded an additional $60-80 to perform the service I already paid for. I showed them my Walmart receipt, but they didn't care. Final paid $60 cash for no logical reasons and delivery guys said “don’t care about the review for Company just pay money.”
AIT's customer service is abysmal. They're only interested in nickel-and-diming customers for services that should be included. Their delivery team's behavior was unacceptable, and their company's policies are designed to rip off consumers.
Home Depot and Best Buy deliver and install appliances without extra charges. Walmart should reconsider partnering with AIT and find a more customer-centric delivery provider.
Zero stars isn't enough to express my disgust with AIT's service. Beware, consumers!

AIT Worldwide Logistics was awesome to work with for my delivery. I originally had my delivery set up for Friday, and they were able to get me my delivery four days early. The staff was professional, friendly and on time for the delivery window that was given. Highly recommended AIT Worldwide for my next delivery. Thanks!

Always allow over night parking for delivery drivers, very quick unload. Clean and allow drivers to use restrooms very trucker friendly

If you purchase from any company and they use this delivery service, run run and RUN!!!I was giving a time frame 3 separate times and each time they did not make it, it took me finally calling after 5:30pm for them to tell me it won’t be delivered today.

Tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates are all a joke. Going on 2 months back and forth. Company’s a joke, rather go thru Fedex at this point.

Awful - Had a delivery window of between 10 and 2; no call to let me know of any delays; I call at 2 - get put on hold and then hung up on; call back again - told no later than 4; call after 4pm - now they have no idea because he is still behind (no kidding) and the only reason is, 'he had a lot of deliveries and a lot of driving to do.' So I have to reschedule for another allegedly 'guaranteed' delivery window. A 'guaranteed' delivery window certainly didn't matter today and there is NO excuse for not communicating if they knew the driver was going to be late. If I could give zero stars I would.
