“We recently brought our car to Baltimore Diesel and Equipment Service Inc. for a second opinion after Koons of Annapolis diagnosed it with a transfer issue, estimating the repairs at $4,000. Visiting during Christmas week, we expected delays, but were pleasantly surprised. The owner, Mark, called us the next day to report that, after running tests, he found no transmission issues. Instead, another problem needed fixing, which he promptly addressed. In the following call, Mark informed us that the car was ready, and the repair cost was only a quarter of what Koons Annapolis had quoted. We recently drove the car to Ohio for New Year’s, and it performed flawlessly. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend this place. “I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to because I can’t say enough great things about this shop!! I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience and the results of my repair. I was involved in an accident resulting in door damage to my Camaro. After taking my car to this body shop no one can tell my car had any damage from the beginning. My car honestly looks better now than it did prior to the accident. The paint job is flawless! I’ve had a flawed paint job done previously at a different shop so I was nervous but I must say whoever worked on my car is a very highly skilled individual. Dell was extremely helpful and his communication skills were amazing throughout the whole process. The shop is fast, efficient, and VERY good at what they do! Please support and trust in this business, I will definitely be referring friends and family as well.”

“Auto Body Plus was recommended to us by our mechanic. Took the car in on Wednesday for a quote on some minor cosmetic work. The estimate was significantly lower that other places we tried, one of which was $1800 higher! We hired them to do the repairs, and they promised the car would be done on Friday. Surprise! It was done Thursday afternoon, and it looks great. The paint matches perfectly, so there is no sign of any work being done. And the inside of the car was like brand new, an added touch we didn't expect. We won't have to search if another mishap occurs. We'll go to Auto Body Plus.”
