To be honest I was very happy I found a “wrap” company to do my race team we have trailers and cars that needed wrapped for the 2024 season.I called to discuss. He was absolutely rude and didn’t even want to hear what I had to say because it’s not a commercial business. Even though we are a commercial business. He could have stayed on the phone long enough to hear what kind of work we were offering.I have absolutely no idea about their work quality but their customer service is absolutely horrible.I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

As a business owner I've worked with a lot of sign and graphics companies over the years. Baltimore Graphics in Glen Burnie is top notch and is more than just a sign company. We recently rebranded and Ben worked with us along the way. They are not the cheapest but what I've learned over the years is you get what you pay for, and the value you receive far outweighs the bill.Update: We’ve had another van wrapped and are just as happy with the results.

First off, I would like to say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Ben and his team over at BGC are truly talented individuals. On my very first visit they set me down and went over a few different options that would benefit my companies budget but also a design that would be the most marketable for customers to respond to! From the phone call to meeting Ben in person, it was nothing but care and amazing customer service. He listened to me ramble on about all my ideas and he put everything in perspective for me. He put together my vision for what I wanted on my vehicle and it came out better than I imagined! Ben was so very helpful with everything! When you go there, you are greeted very nicely. My car was done in a day and a half. Very fast service! I get so many compliments and so far a few prospective clients! I will definitely be bringing more vehicles to them for wraps!
