I tried to deposit money and checks at ATM, of course they are broken and did half the deposit so I went inside to a teller. Checks that I have been cashing and depositing for years I couldn't deposit because they were in my maiden name that I haven't had for 12 years. My name matched the name on the check when I opened the account and I have literally deposited over 100 checks from this place. Luckily the girls at the hospital drive location are very nice and we have been dealing with them for years so I guess I will continue to go there for future dealings.

Avoid this branch. The person manning Business accounts front desk gave me run around to notarize one document and didn’t do it. Gave me incorrect information that there needs to be Maryland Notary section printed on the document before they can sign it. Turns out it is not true. Paid $8 at UPS and they did it in a heartbeat.

Here now and will and management handled the line In a fast and friendly manner. While other customers wanted immediate service, I was in and out in 7 mins with around 8 deposits . This branch is always top in the area for bank of america!!!!

Only gave this place 1 star because you can't give em 0. Spoke with Janet about CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. Instead of closing it, she started talking to me about pending transactions on my account. YOU HAD ONE JOB! She is deluded. I just left.

This is the worst Bank of America ever it didn’t even deserve the one star that I gave it but it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I put one The line is always out the door no matter what time you go there the managers speak little or no English and they’re the ones with the attitude and the tellers are extremely slow and most of the time there’s only one teller I will never enter this bank again if you have to drive out of your way to go to another Bank of America I strongly suggest that you do so because this one is the worst 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

First time here walked in and was immediately greeted and told we'd be seen in a few minutes. A few minutes later we were seen by Scarlett who was extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. She took care of everything we went there for and then some. I don't see where all the complaints are coming from. The whole transaction was so much easier than I expected a Scarlett was awesome!
