Bank of America has declared my MIL dead twice in one year, regardless of the fact she is alive and well. No death certificate was given to them either time for her but they stopped her SSI deposit AND this time did NOT return the money to SSA, which is both Bank fraud and wire fraud because they are making interest off of the money that they neither deposited or returned. We are switching all of our accounts to another bank as to avoid BoA from marking anyone dead in our household when they are alive and kicking. Don't trust BoA. If it's happened to us, it's definitely happened to other people.

The worst customer service experience at Bank of America . I came to make some cashiers check and the teller was very rude. Clearly, you can tell she did not want to work today. I was offended on how she shouted out the amount on the checks so everyone in line can hear it. No consideration for any privacy. Very very worst customer service. I was really disappointed in the service that I received that day. I’m not sure if he was the manager, but clearly he did not say anything to her. He just let her be. I guess that is the way they want to be treated if they were the customer.

I came here to deposit some cash today (Saturday) at 9:30 am. The lady with glasses, black hair started with a “what do you need as soon as I stepped in” no “hello how can I help you”. I know how this works cause I work in customer service as well. I told her I needed to deposit some cask and she told me to complete the slip. I did not know how much money exactly I had because it was my tip money. I understand they need to know. I told her I have an estimate and she refused to help me. She said “I can’t help you” and left it at that. I’ve been in different branches of BoFA and I’ve never had an issue. They usually just ask how much money I think I have (an estimate) and they count it in the machine for me. The ladies are always super nice but she clearly had a problem with me. Worst customer service I’ve had.

Call me to make an appointment for someone to attend me in Spanish The reason was because someone overcharged me and another is that they wanted to open an account for my construction company But the person who speaks Spanish just didn't feel like serving me, he said he had more important clients than I ....Mrs. Angelica Castillo the fact that I see smeared with paint or bad smelling from some drain that I have repaired That does not mean that he comes to beg at your work The fact that you work in a bank does not make you better than anyone
