“The owner/specialist is a master craftstman!!! Had a dent on the plate above the driver side door handle. And took the car to different shops and everyone said the whole door needs to come out and the dent cant be fixed so easily because it's double plated, blah blah blah... Russ took a look at and said he will get it done in couple of hours and he did phenomenal work. I am extremely happy with the work and the cost. Absolutely recommended.”

I was involved in an accident resulting in door damage to my Camaro. After taking my car to this body shop no one can tell my car had any damage from the beginning. My car honestly looks better now than it did prior to the accident. The paint job is flawless! I’ve had a flawed paint job done previously at a different shop so I was nervous but I must say whoever worked on my car is a very highly skilled individual. Dell was extremely helpful and his communication skills were amazing throughout the whole process. The shop is fast, efficient, and VERY good at what they do! Please support and trust in this business, I will definitely be referring friends and family as well.”

However, I want to offer some advice to fellow veterans and customers regarding the sales process. I witnessed a military discount being offered to another client, yet I was denied the same discount because I was told I was 'already locked into a contract.' My recommendation to anyone considering their services: ensure you explicitly negotiate and secure your military discount or any other incentives before you sign any paperwork. Do not assume the business will offer these terms once the contract is finalized.”

“Update:
I had my 2024 Toyota Prius repaired at Crash Champions after a hit-and-run, and overall the body work and turnaround time were very good. The car looks great cosmetically and the staff was helpful throughout the process.
However, there were two major issues that should not have happened:
First, the wheel alignment was still crooked when I picked up my car. Since this is an AWD Prius, alignment accuracy is extremely important. I chose not to bring it back and instead paid out of pocket to have the alignment done professionally elsewhere to ensure it was done correctly. This was an additional expense I should not have had to take on.
Second, the interior — especially the back seat — was left dirty with dust, debris, and what appeared to be sawdust from the repair process. The surfaces were not even wiped down. I had to pay for a full interior detailing because the inside was contaminated from the shop’s work.
Crash Champions did a good job restoring the exterior of my vehicle, but returning a car with misalignment and a dirty interior is not acceptable, especially after a collision repair. I hope this feedback helps improve their final quality control before vehicles are returned to customers.”

“I got a windshield glass crack from bottom to top from a pebles size ding it grew over time ignored it becuse i was clueless to the magnitude that little pebble caused. I never done glass repair but went online made an appointment and it was done quickly and professionally and that was like a year ago that situation happened, and still drive and the job done, still running strong, i can say from experience you need service this is a place where they can get the job done quick and right the first time ( prius 2011, owner)”
