“Got into an accident on a Friday around 1pm, the other party said that she would pay out of pocket. I called Glen Burnie Autobody and said I could come in anytime for an estimate! I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!”

“My sister had an oops moment backing out of our garage and into the passenger door of my car. The damage to both vehicles was minor but required repairs which she offered to pay for. We took our cars to AAB, they gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday and picked it up Wednesday after dropping hers off that same day. Hers was finished on Friday. The repairs were seamless on both cars and you couldn't tell that any damage was done. We were both very happy with the work, as they were highly rated and recommended for their quality of work. Satisfied customers.”

“Recently bought a Ford Excursion, my first diesel truck. Wasn’t all that familiar with the platform and called Baltimore Diesel & Equipment Service and spoke to Mark. We had a 20 minute conversation where Mark took the time to educate me on the truck. Brought the truck in for repairs and Mark explained everything to me thoroughly before performing the repairs. Kept in contact with me about parts and estimated time the truck repairs would be completed. “I came here with the intentions of swapping out my battery due to it basically being dead . When I went in it was busy but all workers moved fast and efficiently to help everyone out as best as they could . I was told the only battery I could get for my car was almost $200 , I expressed to the guy that wasn’t in my price range and I walked out very discouraged. When I went in moments later Bill S the assistant manager helped me and quoted me a more affordable battery! He was very soft spoken and kind yet knowledgeable during the whole installation process. He answered all my random questions without a second thought and replaced my battery in a time manner ! Thank you soo much Bill S for making my experience here one to remember !”
