Clean and organized litte stand.
Kind customer service.
Bought a phone and they took around 20-30 minutes to switch lines, no big deal.
Didn't switch my history of text messages, lost them all.
Not much variety of phones to choose from.
Couldn't upgrade unless I switched to the plan they requested.
Then was offered the opportunity to first change plans and 3-4 months later call them to switch back, but literally laughed at me when I asked if they could guarantee that to me. On top of that I then saw the brochure they have with the plans they offer and my plan doesn't even exist anymore, so anyways they couldn't have switched me back anyways.
So I don't know... you make your own conclusions.

Even while being deluged with customers all day and probably not getting to eat lunch..these 2 ladies provided excellent service to everyone that was in there while I was there
