They also make dealing with insurance as painless as possible and are very communicative throughout the whole repair process. When repairs are finished, you can’t even tell there was ever any damage at all! Overall they are a great shop and I recommend them to everyone.”

“I had just had surgery and could not take the car to the place. They usually pick it up. So they came to the house picked up the car put leather seats all around and drove it back to the house here. The workmanship is excellent. I am pleased With their concern for my health, for their professionalism, in the care they took to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend automotive concepts.”
“After driving around for over a year with a broken windshield (Safelite wanted $1300 and there was no way I was filing an insurance claim). My neighbor was getting theirs done so I walked over and asked the guys if they had a card. Long story short, they just finished their work, for less than half the price of EVERYONE else. Tyler and his partner were incredibly professional and friendly. Even Kathy (receptionist) was as friendly as you can get. It's 2025 and EVERYONE sucks these days. It was so nice to have a meaningful interaction with other humans lol. Anyways, if you are trying to get your windshield fixed, give these guys a call, they'll take care of you (the price they give you on the phone is EXACTLY what is charged).”

“Had a road rock put a chip in my windshield. Was able to quickly schedule a repair totally covered by my insurance online that evening and get a repair done at the shop the next day.
When I arrived at the shop, the receptionist had my appointment paperwork ready and quickly had a technician work on my windshield. They patiently explained the repair process and any other concerns I had.
Would use them again if I need windshield service.”
