Will not replace a defective bumper that should be covered under the manufacture's warranty - Toyota's solution is to epoxy it in place without my permission. This is a defect and should be replaced. Their customer service is a joke and they totally bush you off. Their customer service rep John Ashby would not even answer questions when I asked. I am not going to debate what the field rep did or did not do. Well then how do you know that was the correct solution. Regardless it is a DEFECTIVE BUMPER - IT SHOULD NOT BE GLUED IN PLACE - THAT IS NOT HOW IT WAS MANUFACTURED!!
