The most horrible experience with online ordering for photos. Ordered one day and after a couple of hours tried calling multiple times but nobody picks up. Went to the actual store and they said they don't have anymore ink and they would call me when they were ready. No calls after 3 days. I call myself and still nobody answers through the electronic line, online pickup and delivery line, or store operator line. I finally got through at some point to some employee and explained my situation. They ultimately said they were going to transfer me and proceeded to hang up. I'll be taking my services to CVS where it should've been done from the beginning.

This location is always clean and everyone is super friendly. The self- checkout lanes are always open, which makes the regular lines so much shorter.

If zero stars was an option that would be it. The restrooms are absolutely gross broken toilet seats. Fecal matter on the wall and floor. The customer service is just as bad as the restrooms. Everyone has attitudes when asked very simple questions. Management doesn't care about the safety or satisfaction of their customers. Usually really love going to Walmart, but I definitely will not be returning to this one. Do better.

I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.

This is the third time I've attempted an delivery order. Each time I've only received a portion of what I ordered. I attempted to call the store 5 times with no answer to see if by chance the other half of my order was left there and I could just come get it at this point. The only option on the app is for a refund. I would like the items. That is why I ordered and paid for them.

The online shopping and delivery was terrible! My total order included about 37 items and when it was delivered they only got about 20 of the items and marked everything as out of stock. The items were very common such as cheese bananas onions and paper plate but they didn't even try to substitute. We went to the same location we ordered from next morning and they had plenty of every single item they said was gone. Shoppers are lazy and don't want to take the time so just mark as not there. This too isn't the first time I have had this problem. Very disappointing.

Where do I begin? They ripped me off and are in no hurry to fix the issue. I placed my grocery order online and they delayed my order pick up. I called the store multiple times and finally got someone on the phone and they told me the pick up team left early and didn't offer a manager or even call me to say there was an issue. 15 minutes after that I get a notification my order was ready, spent $40 + tip for an Uber up there. Crickets no one was there. Called pick up line and no one answered per the placards instructions. I did see multiple employees out front smoking. This is day three and still haven't released my money! The customer service tells me to call the store no one picks up! Good luck on that happening because it's always someone with an attitude that answers and she is no help. She just transfers you to a line no one picks up on. Do not pay for plus service nor waste your money on pick up service or this may happen to you. Calling my bank to see if they can make them release my money !!!!

Some of the emps were very nice, but soneone took my car key that I left in the bathroom ny accident. WTF?? When I realized what I had done, most of the emps tried to be helpful. I trried to call back three days in a row to see if the key was turned in, but only one time did someone answer...who put me on hold for at least an hr. When I finally stopped back in to see if the keys had turned up, the mgr. gave me an attitude and pretty much tried to call me a liar. What a cesspool. Lol

The store is big and it does have a good grocery section. Will say the women's clothing section never has anything worth looking at/ it's hard to find anything. The beauty/pharmacy area is the smallest I've ever seen and it's never stocked. Don't waste your time looking for any beauty products because you won't find them. Lines can get very long and I've seen 2 cashiers max at once. I went at 8pm tonight and couldn't return my item as every single member of staff was dealing with 2 customers. Went to checkout and not a single cashier was working; had to do self checkout (not that it's bothersome but then we had an issue ringing up an onion it was a whole fiasco). Oh: and the produce never looks good but tonight there were over 20 fruit flies on a cracked tomato (and that wasn't the only rotting item)

The worst experience ever. The self checkout cashiers left me by the register as they gossiped among each other. Then when asked for help, they had an attitude. The store appears to have merchandise but in boxes and none on the shelf. Bye the way, when we looked at Lori for help. The woman claimed to be the manager. She ignored us, fixated on throwing customers out that was returning broken items. She was rude and unapologetic for making us wait through a bunch lazy employee nonsense. Absolutely no customer service.

What has happened to this store? There is no notice on the website or even on front doors that senior hour stopped so 15 of us were waiting outside at 6 am until someone FINALLY came out and told us (freezing in the cold). Then I waited in customer service line for 15 minutes to learn store pick up is in another location that doesn't open til 8 am. Okay but no one showed up til 8:15 am. Now only 2 registers are open with 30 customers in each line. I told customer service -- they said they couldn't do anything. What?! Staff are everywhere but not organized efficiently.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online for same day only to get there and have to wait 30 mins to come. First I waited about 7 mins and nothing. Got an associate to help, she went as asked someone to page...I went to help for help again, she asked a young lady if she was at lunch, then told me she will ask someone to help, but instead had another page sent out and the young lady just stood there and kept staring our way....after that, Every associate that walked just kept walking ignoring us all (5 of us total now)...After 30min, we heard another page and that's when the same lady that was asked if she was at lunch came to help and just stood there staring our way came to help, when she could have helped 15 mins ago!!!! Never again! First and last time I order from this location!

The store is not sanitary while it has a full Supercenter the staff is not helpful. Meat scales haven't been cleaned or wiped all day !!

I came here on the 4th of July and the only thing you could do was pay in card. I don't understand how an establishment as big as Walmart doesn't have any cash. What if I only had cash and didn't own a debit car I just did all this shopping picking out all this food and now I have to put it back because EVERY register is card only! Completely unacceptable and they should of been more prepared!
