While everyone here seems kind, I was charged almost $2k and had to put my dog down a month later. I was charged $150 for a medication that is $6 on pet rx. $250 for a SUPPLEMENT that is $80 on Amazon and $75 for food that is $35 on Chewy. They then tried to charge me almost $700 to put my sweet girl to rest less than a month later. Totally disappointed and feel scammed. I really trusted this place.

Dr. Sobowale and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They go over the charges and explain what they need to do. If more is needed, they will get your approval. People keep complaining about prices, but they forget that they choose to have a pet. Are they on the upper end of cost? Yes, but they also work to get you answers. Not only do they look put for your fur babies but they care about you as a person. Can't wait for you guys to meet the new fur babies. We will be bring them in soon.

I don’t recommend this place for pets. Always try to charges extra. Few weeks ago they gave medication to my pets and they says I can get refills. When I call them today they don’t wants give me refills because they wants to change me extra. I mean I am not asking free medicine. But they are really unprofessional. I already paid for vaccines but they couldn’t give him vaccine. And I ask for it’s okay about vaccines but I want exchanges with medicines. I’ll pay if it’s coast extra. But no they don’t want to give. They want to charge more extra things. Never will go back. And I’ll post in all websites. So unprofessional ????????????

The doctors and nurses always make it a point to make sure we understood what was happening, why they were performing test, and what they would be performing next. They make pleasant conversation and spend time getting to know you and your pets. They aide in helping you maintain the vaccination schedule for your animals and all. I won’t talk to much on pricing as pet care is expensive in general, but they always make sure to explain what is listed and why on the invoice. They do the work to make sure to keep you in the know with updates, results etc. Definitely a pet hospital I recommend.

This place has been so wonderful with my cat. We just moved here and my kitty came down with a bad cold. They saw her right away - same day! - when no one else would. The staff are wonderful to work with and very thorough. Can’t recommend this place enough for your fur babies!

Excellent service. Kind receptionist (she brought my husky, who was limping on 3 legs, a blanket to comfort him), kind and knowledgeable doctor (he determined very quickly that my husky had slightly torn a tendon in his knee). My only complaint: the bill, including sedation, X rays, and medicines, was over $1500. That seems inordinately high. Also, when I asked about getting my dog chipped in case he gets out of our yard, they quoted me a fee of nearly $200, which also seems high. But you do get what you pay for....

Do better for your pet. This place has open appointments for a reason. Very unprofessional. Charges after charges. I'm not a vet but, I'm also not a pilot and when a plane is in a tree, i know something doesn't seem right. $275 for xrays. $45 for hospital stay. I'm going with my gut here, they are out for your money only and upcharging every opportunity. $900 to give my cat an antibiotic and a steroid shot. Charged me an extra $60. I called them 2 minutes after I left and was told I could come back but, they wouldn't fix the payment for at least 2 hours. They were supposed to call me back by 6pm when they closed to fix it. I got a call at 8:30pm on a Friday night. They were supposed to send a check for the balance and I never received it 2 weeks later. I went to their store , they weren't doing anything cause no animals nor the animals owners were there and they gave me the $60 cash.

This vet was able to SAVE my rabbit’s eye after my dog kicked debris into it, causing physical damage and an ensuing infection. This happened fast and it was scary. It did take some $$ to determine the proper course of treatment (how bad the damage was determined which treatment was appropriate) and honestly it was the most expensive part of the visit-but it was necessary money that was well spent. Not every vet sees rabbits!

I’ve been bringing my pups to Dr Sobowale for years. He always gives them the best care, and he and his staff treat us like family.

This is my own opinion and has no reflection of my employer. The Doctor that owns and manages this hospital is unprofessional and RUDE. As a fellow veterinary professional, I know how stressful this field is and would only make a review if it was really that bad. It IS really that bad. I feel bad for the staff that has to work for him and if he has this low of patience.. I can only wonder how he treats animals when no one is looking. We simply called their hospital to get a mg of a prescription they prescribed to a patient that was CURRENTLY at our hospital (I know see why they came to us after this hospital) because the label didn’t have the mg (which is ILLEGAL BTW) and we wanted to continue treatment and obviously wanted to keep it consistent. The Doctor picks up the phone and starts questioning us about how there’s only one mg of that medication (which is false) and we shouldn’t even be asking that question and if the Doctor needs to know then she can call herself. I asked to speak with a manager and he said “I own this place”. He refused to let me speak to someone else about the issue. He then started talking over me, raising his voice and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and he answered instead of the receptionist, still not allowing me to talk to anyone else. I went to get my Doctor on the phone and by the time she picked it up, he had hung up. If this is how he communicates and treats other hospitals, I feel bad for his employees, patients, clients, friends and wife if he has one. Point of this is, run. Don’t go to his hospital.
