My first experience using a storage unit and the entire experience with Extra Space Storage was quick and so easy to set up.Special shout out to Shirlene G. who made a long exhausting moving day so much more manageable. Shirlene was attentive to our last minute needs (shortly before closing) for an additional storage unit and found the perfect size to accommodate our budget. Throughout the entire process she has been extremely helpful and cheerful. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

They called me immediately when they saw I moved my belongings out of storage and closer my account without being prompted. Which I take as great security that they are checking the units every day and that they won’t keep charging me for something I’m not using.
