I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy, the staff members are great and they make me feel amazing and comfortable as a customer when they greet me and provide me with fast, accurate and smooth service.

The CVS Staff located at Nolpark Glen Burnie, location is the most extraordinary staff in every way. There professionalism makes them the place I would and do let my friends and physician's staff know about. I actually like the pharmacy staff. The so professional and always friendly and helpful!

The pharmacy personnel are rude and incompetent. Ive waited 30 minutes to pick up a prescription with only 5 people in front of me. They have no sense of urgency or customer service skills. It would be nice if they could atleast try a little harder.

Worst experiences! I’ve had constant issues with this CVS from day 1 my prescription is set for auto refill yet month after month it’s never been refilled it’s so bad it got to the point of them telling me to call and do the refills. When I go in person the pharmacy techs are extremely rude and dismissive information is not consistent and I never receive any updates or notifications about anything unless I call in myself. (And yes I am enrolled into text messages)

Asked for assistance from the pharmacist of how an ointment for the eye works. I felt dismissed and hurried. The female wearing the white coat made gestures of assistance and concluded that she couldn’t do it for me. I felt insulted and disappointed, but I made the purchase out of necessity.

I will never go to another pharmacy! I’ve had bad experiences with other pharmacies in the past. This CVS pharmacy on Nolpark is great! I’ve never any issues here.
Lisa the pharmacist is always very kind, professional & helpful answering all questions I may have. The pharmacy staff is also kind and friendly.

i've never used this pharmacy, but i watched a customer verbally assault a pharmacy tech today, and the tech handled it with such grace and professionalism. props to her because she was better than me. i have a video of the entire thing. the tech was following policy the entire time, but that just wasn't good enough for the customer. these crazy karens are wild, stay safe y'all

I have only great things to say about this particular CVS pharmacy. Prompt and pleasant service. Prescriptions ready on time. Get a Target gift card for every 20 prescriptions. What’s not to love
