If I could give 0 or minus I would!!! This pharmacy is horrible. Ive been trying to talk to the pharmacy and I NEVER get an answer via phone. If you go to pharmacy the drive-thru is closed and you’re forced to go in. Once you’re in; the line is soooo long you’re waiting 20 minutes or more to get to the counter. Then you’re waiting another 45 mins to an hour or more for your request. They lose prescriptions or say they “ don’t see it”. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! They should be ashamed.

This pharmacy used to be one of the best in the area. Not any more everytime youou are here you wait forever. Tonight I was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for an hour. So I decided to drive to the store with the phone still waiting to be picked up. I kindly asked the pharmacist if I had the right number. I was told yes. I said I've been on the same call for an hour waiting for the phone to be picked up do you find that exceptable? He stated we are over whelmed...... there was one person walking around on thier phone and and another waiting on a customer with 2 people behind then at 8pm at night. This is horrible customer service. Though after telling me they didn't have my normal 90 day supply of medicine that they only had enough for 30 days they were kind enough to fill it.... Think someone really needs to check in on this store and see if they even care.

I believe CVS doesn't care about customers. That is as long as money keeps coming in about their Pharmacy here. . That is evidence by their poor service thats been documented by complaints and reviews over the years and their high priced items. It proves what I believe if a child is not disciplined or corrected for doing wrong they will keep on doing wrong. No one at CVS is reading these reviews. At least not upper management. The Pharmacy is disorganized, they lie all the time so that the customer gets out of their face and leaves them for now. They lie about not answering their phone. Every time I ask why they state that it's broken. For over a year now. I went to Walgreens and am very much happier.

It’s incredible how difficult it is to get status of prescriptions - I have medications that are often delayed for over two weeks with no information. When I call, I’m on hold for at least 40 minutes, and sometimes there’s just no answer at all. When I do go in person, the lines are incredibly long and the staff are (understandably) exhausted. It’s no wonder when you ask locally “what pharmacy do you use?” the answer is always “anywhere but the CVS on B&A.”

They didn't have my medication in stock and they told me it would take 2 days to get it in which was fine. I called them Teo days later and they told me it would be ready Friday. Today is Sunday, I have been trying to call into the pharmacy for the past 2 hours, I have been on hold the entire 2 hours. I'm one day away from running out of my medication . After I get this prescription filled my family and I will be going to a different pharmacy. This has been the absolute worst experience with a pharmacy ever. If my insurance covered another pharmacy I would go to a completely different chain.

Minute Clinic Fail, again!Made an appointment online with minute clinic - got an email saying it was confirmed. Got to CVS, signed in, was told to wait -- one family was there ahead of me, they went in to get something done and came out upset saying the person wouldn't do it (I couldn't hear the reason why) and they had to call the doctor.I went in for my appointment - the service I wanted done was clearly part of the appointment process. When I got inside, they did all the insurance, license, payment (even though I had to do that all online during sign up) and then asked 'why are you here' and I told them, they said 'Oh we don't have the medication to do that right now' and that was it.So - why let me make an appointment for something you can't do? I have to confirm, why doesn't CVS have to confirm they can actually help!!!I had to get / pay for a ride that was very out of my way - passing multiple other CVS locations (not to mention other pharmacies, and even the hospital) to go to this location because they said it had what I wanted. But, no.

I will be ending getting my prescriptions from CVS. A week ago I ordered through the app for a prescription that would run out in a week. Three days later I see they cancelled my order. I went to the store (can't call....they seem to have turned off the pharmacy phones) and they re-entered the order. That was Sunday. Today, Wednesday, I had 4 pills left. I went to the store to see if I could arrange a way to get a few pills. A very impolite man interrupted me as I was trying to give him the details, telling me my order was never cancelled, and as I tried to tell him what was happening he told me everything he wanted to say, all but telling me to shut up. I asked for the pharmacist who was not very interested but at least wasn't rude. Then the rude man told me he couldn't say anything because I was "acting smart"! I am still livid!!! Thankfully I got my prescription, but no one should have to go through waiting 7 days, including a cancellation, and the most rude member of staff I have seen in my entire life! My husband uses Giant and loves them. They are my new pharmacy.

Called to have a transfer from one pharmacy to here. I called at 3:53, it’s Sunday but was unaware of the hours. Still before closing. I went through the prompts and waited until4:10. They never picked up. Never came in to say hold please. Nothing. Just left me holding. I really hate this place. I was only trying t tranfer because the other place wasn’t on my prescription coverage. Go figure. I thought is the was the medicine and not the pharmacy that was approved.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The staff here are incompetent and don't care about you. They let their AI call you and say your prescription is ready when it isn't. Then the staff tells you not to pay attention to the automated phone calls. They tell you your insurance won't cover your prescription when it's really that the staff didn't bother to run it through. They never answer their phone, and play dumb about everything. They see you standing there but ignore you. You try to transfer to another pharmacy and they don't bother to fax your info to your new pharmacy. This pharmacy likes to play "spin the customer." Suggest you not go here for service because they don't know the meaning of the word.

The pharmacy is highly inefficient. The employees refuse to answer the phones, although I am not sure how that is even acceptable? There is always a massive line and long wait times whether you utilize the drive through or walk in. The pharmacy staff themselves seem unknowledgeable and oftentimes rude and off putting. 10/10 would not recommend.

Received an automatic message saying my prescription needed to be ordered. After 10 days I still hadn’t gotten any updates. Tried calling the pharmacy multiple times over two days with no answer. Waited in line at the pharmacy for an hour for them to fill my prescription. The pharmacist said she’s ten days behind.The staff is incredibly inefficient and acts like they have no idea what’s going on. Will never come here again.

Always a long wait at the pharmacy., usually unpleasant staff, just tried to ask a simple question about my prescription, got talked over, shouted at, brushed off and given conflicting information. I always dread having to go to this store .

The pharmacist here is highly inexperienced and showed nepotism for customers who shared the same Asian ethnicity as him. He also gave them a script they were supposed to pay for free. My issue isn’t him stealing from the company thats their problem. My problem was the fact that he made me wait to get my script. They were sitting and waiting for it to be filled and it wasn’t ready but he would assist me in the mean time. He literally made me and other customers wait as they waited vs assisting us until his favored customers were ready. The woman even said “please go” and he refused to help me.

I have never, ever been to a worse pharmacy than this. Need to speak to the pharmacist or check on a prescription? Don’t bother. They refuse to answer the phone. Need to pick up a prescription? Plan to wait in line for an hour, only to be told your prescription isn’t actually ready but will be in another two hours. Or, worse, your prescription is actually ready, but will most likely be filled incorrectly. Need to have them fix that? Be ready to get back in line for an additional hour. This place is so terrible that I would rather get a root canal than try to fill a prescription with them again.
