Some things that I wanted were out of stock sadly. Issues with cashier or register made my trip take longer than expected. When I got home I found out that the cashier charged me for my full purchase on my card when I handed her cash as well. So now dollar tree has stolen money from me. Calling the store results in then never answering the phone. Bank gave me a number to call and that number says it only handles online orders. I'd avoid this store. When you do finally get a hold of someone they hang up on you.

This has to be the worst Dollar Tree I've ever been in. It's near my job so I have stopped in at least 10 times in the past few months and it is always completely unorganized, complete in disarray, largely out of stock, and dirty. Who runs this store?

The experience was terrible. They had one line open and then another cashier opened a second one to assist the ONLY one who was checking people out. I attempted to go to the newly opened register and the cashier yelled at me saying she’s going in the order of the line and the people in front of me were first. This would not have been a problem for me BUT the people in front of me were already being assisted and the tone was very disrespectful and humiliating. I believe the woman was the manager. Her name is Jackie. I ended up not going into her line and staying in the first line. If you run into her please be weary. She is not a nice person and seems not to like her job.

I couldnt wait for this store to open. It started out nice. The selection was good but they were nasty in there. If you asked a question they had an attitude. You reap what you sew cause now the store looks like trash, the shelves are always empty and messy and they continue to be nasty and arrogant. I go to dollar tree a lot and this is the worst. Other stores have things they dont even get. Fine by me cause I dont spend money in stores that dont act like they appreciate my hard earned dollar.

Teach your staff to be more respectful to the customer. The guy cashier would not have greeted me if I hadn't said hello to him first. He didn't even hand the receipt to me . I had to rip it off the dispenser myself. He didn't say thank you as I gathered up my bags. If you are gonna work with the public, you have got to be friendly !
