PHILANDRA took pictures of my friend and me while we were choosing snacks for our movie night. Two girls, nothing covering our faces whatsoever. It was dark. We had no idea why she would do that. We walk to the register to pay, because the intention was ALWAYS to pay, and she ran off to the back because she knew she was wrong. Our night ruined because some unprofessional employee at the local dollar store has nothing better to do with her night. Steer away from PHILANDRA.

Went to this location at around 8pm tonight with a friend to grab snacks for the night, we were promptly greeted and we said hello back. We grabbed a basket and started looking at snacks we wanted, grabbing the ones we wanted. We decided to look at the freezer section when all of a sudden we turn around to see what we believe to be the manager(?) on duty taking pictures of us? As if she thought we were stealing? Completely obvious about it, may I add. It’s a dollar store, do you really think we can’t afford it? Absolutely ridiculous. We walked to the register, following the manager, and quickly PAID FOR all of our items while she ran into the office. Unsure of her name, but she’s the lady wearing a dollar tree apron and eyebrow piercing. I will be calling the corporate offices once they open after the holiday.

They are ridiculous, they can't do those things at night, not that during the day they can't even walk there, to buy things they should be a little professional😡😡😡😡😡

I was inside the store shopping with my five year old son when he informed me that he had to use the restroom. I asked the (cashier) Nicole, according the name printed on my receipt, can she unlock the door so that my son can use the restroom. She stated the restroom was out of order. There are two restrooms that is located in the back of the store and there were no signs that were posted on neither of the restroom doors. I do not believe the restrooms were out of order. I do belive that the employees keep the doors locked so that they will not have to clean them. So, if both restrooms were out of order, then where do the employees go to use the restroom? An inconvenience to not have a restroom for customers to use especially when your shopping.

The one at Beltway Crossings~ Very nice dollar store i really liked it.. It has to be New cause in an area like that don't stay nice & clean for long.. I would go again..
The ONLY bad experience there was their Black Cashier!! Kept pushing my stuff down which they fell & didn't bother to help & was giving Her Ugly look for me to hurry up & bag my stuff

Brought and ate EXPIRED crunch n munch and because I did not have a receipt , I could not trade it out for a fresh box. So here’s a picture of the REST of the crunch and munches that were on the shelf. BEST USED BY JUN 17 2024!!!!!! losers

Always a good dollar tree the employees that work there are always nice except for the guy stocking I asked where something was and he answered in a smart way and I was still polite and said thank you sir he just ignored me ??♂️

The experience I had here with my kids was terrible. The manager and another employee were openly talking about my kids while we were shopping. They were complaining about my youngest dropping cards on the floor. It was 3 cards and I planned to pick them up when I was done finding a birthday card. I heard the male employee loudly say "This isn't a daycare"... I confronted them and was told nothing was said about my kids but my oldest and I could clearly hear them. If my children aren't welcome I will no longer shop at this location.
