Stopped at terminal B Dunkin Donuts first thing in the morning before my 6:20 am flight to Orlando. It was about 4:40 am. After I had been awake for 24 hrs the rude girl behind the counter said "I'm not opening until 5 o'clock " even though I was standing back actually just trying to decide what to get. The line started to form. Then the rude girl walked by the line taunting "I'm not opening until 5". Ok so I'm 3rd in line. I finally get waited on and after this girl stated to co-workers that all coffees and beverages were ready, I order a caremel cappuccino and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. The young man waiting on me said we don't have cappuccino or lattes right now I said then give me 2 reg coffees. The guy making the drinks put up 1 coffee and called my number. I then told him it should be 2. He said it'll be right up. Then after a fee others got served he put up my other coffee but it was a small. I pointed this out and he corrected it. I get to my gate and start to drink and it was the worst cup of coffee ever!!! Actually it was hot water with some cream. For almost $7 a cup for a total of close to $14 my husband and I trashed our coffee. They should be ashamed of their employees, and the quality of their products at this Dunkin Donuts!!

At 10:10am, the donut is really dry. Our drinks are horrible…. Customer service is …. What customer service. The ladies look like they are ready to fight for some reason. Their clothes are virtually sickening, their attitude and their outfit is disgusting. I can’t believe this ok to wear to work. I felt disrespected the way they treated us, I wish I went to Starbucks

Dunkin try being a customer of your store. The people you are paying to work for you should all be fired. If you can't find good staff become staff or close the store. The lack of professionalsm and poor customer requires a full makeover. Airport Administrator you should not let this store operate at the airport. Dunkin needs to go!

I suppose here is the only Dunkin’ in the airport. Other locations for DD were not available. It is a small store and it got a few options for donuts and BR ice cream, but not as many as those in DD outside the airport.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They were definitely not in the right state of mind at 6am. They also could not take cash or credit…not sure how someone is supposed to pay but no notice to the 30 minute line of this until you arrive.

I've had Dunkin' Donuts coffee before, I know what I'm getting there. I was ok with that. But the coffee at the BWI airport DD is the worst coffee I've had since getting it in those old coffee machines in the basement of my grad school with 'sweetener' and 'whitener' instead of sugar and cream. This coffee smelled and tasted like smoke and charred hate. I do not recommend.

Had 20 minutes to grab a drink and STILL couldn't get coffee this is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of even having drink places like this here if you can't even get a drink before your flight? Mobile ordering doesn't have what I need so I had no choice but to wait in the long line. Understaffed and terrible service! Can't blame it on the Dunkin brand because Starbucks had the same problem. This airport needs to do better

Lines are long during early morning. Service is slow and I'm tired of Maryland's Governor Wes Moore announcements indicating that BWI Airport is committed to giving us great service here! It's not true! BWI vendor services are UNACCEPTABLE.

Waited for 15 mins for my drink. When I asked the woman behind the counter she said we called that number a long time ago, we must have threw it away because it sat too long. But they never actually called my number. She remade the drink but was incredibly rude and condescending.

If I was the manager here, I would fire every single person working behind the counter. Every one of them. Rude, lazy, dirty. Apparently every machine they have is 'broken'. Maybe in these cases where you have a limited menu, because you choose to have a limited menu, you tell us the actual options, instead of letting us try and try to order items? Maybe hire employees who actually know the items on the menu board, employees who don't say 'we don't carry that' or 'I don't even know what that is'.How do these places keep their franchise licenses?
