Used their car wash today. It torn up my bumper and their dryers did not work. I called the clerk to come out. My car was soaked and he pointed out that my bumper was broken. My bumper was not broken when I got into my car a few minutes prior. He stated the dryers were working when my car was completely soaked. Dismissed me and offered no assistance or refund. By the time I drove home, my car was no longer safe for the road. I called later to explain the situation and negotiate compensation, and I was told the manager was not available.

Horrible owner acts like he can talk to you any kind of way . This is 2023 and it The United States .He treated me like I was beneath him . The product I ask for I buy all the time daily just because it was $27 .00 he act like I could not get it. Sir please to tell you I do work and guess what my side job. Oh you will soo find out for sure.
