Came in for a break check after hearing some clunking to find a missing caliper bolt. Chris and John hooked me up with a new bolt and everything was good to go. Will definitely be back!

Needed a new tire after my wife hit a curb and blew out the tire. Chris at Firestone was fantastic!!!! Quick turn around and gave me a discount as well. Can’t say enough good things about the people and the business!

Charles was great helping me out in a last minute flat tire bind. Even though they were full was still able to get me in very fast. Very courteous and willing to work something out thank you so much. Will be coming back for other service needed and highly recommend to friends.

I’ve been coming here for my car maintenance for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about Charles and the team. They’re always incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle in a way that’s easy to understand. I always feel well taken care of and never pressured into anything unnecessary. It’s such a relief to have a place I can trust with my car. Highly recommend!

I love cars and this was the worst auto experience of my life. Left with alignment worse than I brought it in (about a 15 degree tilt to the right after work was done).
They charged more than other shops and the manager didn’t give a care in the world to the mishap in their work. Took 3 visits to get a refund and did not receive a call when promised. Desk clerk was very kind though!

I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but I called and was reassured to just come on in.I was also asked if I would be able to leave it for a couple of hours for the job to be done properly. When I arrived I was taken right away. After a few minutes i remembered the warranty covered tire rotation as well so i went back to mention it and Brittany said she'd already notated that to be done. I was done in a little over 90 minutes. Got my keys and left. Since it was a warranty job I didn't have to pay so i didn't think about it until I was on the way home I should get a receipt to know what was done. Called Brittany and she got my email and when I checked my email in a couple of hours, it was there. I will definitely be returning. The service was awesome?
