Deals aren't too bad. But with anything in life, do your homework and shop around.
I've seen quite a few reviews of customers complaining about the employees. While some of them aren't exactly bubbly, I don't see any of them as particularly rude. They look and sound burned out. It's easy to see that the store is very understaffed most days and the store gets quite busy. I've witnessed how customers speak and treat the employees. Is it any wonder why they just want everyone to get in and get out?

2 Stars, the checkout lady let someone cut in front of me and gave me an attitude when she checked me out. I did nothing to deserve that.
Would be a 1 star, but there was a nice worker who helped me find something that I needed. From the other reviews it seems to be a pattern in this store, the cashiers have attitudes and the workers on the floor are nice, and polite.

I had Robin help me in the store and assist me with obtaining a storage rack that was on sale. I never go to Harbor Freight Tools, but she was so knowledgeable.
She is an asset, a beacon of light and joy anywhere she goes! I hope every time you come here she is fantastic and remember to be kind to Ms. Robin

This store was clean and organized. The employees I encountered were all nice and helpful. They have a decent collection of tools and accessories for low prices, especially compared to places like home depot, Lowes or even any of the big auto centers like advanced or auto zone. The tools probably aren't as durable but if you're not planning on beating the hell out of them this is an okay place to get them. Otherwise, grab the name brands with warranties. The big draw is the odds and ends. Tool bags, wires, gorilla glue etc. They have great prices on the same things you get everywhere else. Definitely recommend this harbor freight in particular.
