I have been a resident for 3 years. I love my apt and my building. Maintenance always responds quickly and they let you make partial rent payments online. The walls are thin but if you have quiet neighbors it shouldn't be a problem, although I am on the top floor. Thank you Deon in the maintenance dept for putting the door sweep on my door so efficiently!

Apartment is spacious, especially compared to other similarly priced apartments in Glen Burnie.When we moved in there were some things that needed to be fixed and these things were fixed immediately. I'm very impressed with the customer service provided by the rental office and by resident services.Area is quieter than I expected it to be and I love all the trees.All in all a good experience so far.

For 2 years I have been living with mice in my apartment. I called Residential Services to see if the work order that I requested for was complete. Maintenance and the Exterminator team failed to do their job. This property keeps increasing the rent but I live with mice. This property constantly post the late notice on my door but yet I still live with mice. I can not practice my saxophones in this apartment. The neighbors complain. The rent is currently $1500 but yet I still live with mice. Make it make sense. ?♂️?

They maintenance man that served me was so knowledgeable and professional, with a warm personality. He did an excellent job in putting up/building a new shelf and clothes rack. He taught me what to look for and how to determine if mice are in my apartment and he closed up open holes he searched out in my apartment. He takes pride in his work and is committed to go above and beyond. He will go that extra mile and he cleaned up behind himself. He is a man of excellence. Thank you for assigning him to make the repairs in my apartment.

Love our apartment so far! Had to call for Maintenance once for the air conditioning, and the process went good. Only concern we have is about the dumpsters. People leave bulk furniture, and it gets to be an eye sore. Other than that we’ve had no problems or issues.

I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend day. I called the maintenance company and shown within a hour of the call. When maintenance got to me, he made sure that I lived here through verification of my ID. Overall everything was excellent.

the maintenance department is horrible they always lying about they have come to your apartment an never shows up,, I am stull waiting on them to come regarding the mouse holes. Its Saturday and i put the call in on tuesday

I love the aparment, the renovated kitchen looks awesome, but I've had a hard time getting hold of maintenance, I already put some tickets in, and not sure if they already fixed it or not, the ac fan just keeps running but the aparment still hot, they haven't fix the rest of the stuff I already ask for, and no one respond either my emails or my calls.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen and a lot of other insects in the house. Our experience is getting worse as the time passing by. Also, our bedroom window leaks the water whenever there is rain and all of our stuff gets wasted. No maintenance guy has came for window and the pest control guy came and did a little spray which didn’t helped, the cockroaches and fleas are still there. Very disappointing ☹️

This place is INFESTED with roaches, mold and mice! They also FABRICATE work order completions! When you attempt to seek any sort of accountability, the property manager will relay a message to you that he’s “too busy” to deal with the many egregious acts committed by these slumlords!

Henderson Webb is horrible. They don’t value their residents at all. When you call customer service, you can’t through, they don’t return your phone calls, they don’t respond to your emails. They hire contractors to come in to your apartment and they move things around without your permission and don’t leave notifications as to why they were in your apartment in the first place. I came home from work on Tuesday July 11, 2023 and my door was open. The contractor that was there earlier didn’t lock my door and I have yet to hear back from Henderson Webb. Please don’t move to this property. I promise you, you’ll regret it if you do.

Difficult to refill laundry cards as our local machine does not work. Have to walk or drive a half mile to another machine. Never receive invoices for rent payments. Finally, maintenance visits when you’re not home don’t always describe what’s being fixed, you’re sometimes left to guess.

My maintenance experience has been remarkable at Hidden Woods Apartment. Regardless of how many maintenance request I inquire of they are always met in a sufficient timespan.

Large apartments but its got a bad reputation for violence and it takes a long time for the them to repair anything if your looking for apartments that are good with your kids id be slightly scared to move there with my children there also known for drug related problems
