I had an outstanding experience at J.B.A. Chevrolet, earning them a solid 5 stars. From the initial order with Jim Day to a seamless purchase with my salesman Dave, the process was excellent. Matt and Brandon in service provided exceptional support, and Matt Legare in finance made the financial aspect smooth. Sang, the sales manager, and the entire team contributed to making my Corvette purchase truly enjoyable.

I walked in and was greeted by Rocky. He treated me as if I were a part of his family. He was very understanding and also very helpful. I told him my price range and he gave me some options that I could go for. I felt no pressure as he allowed my fiance and I to go around and look at the vehicles that were available. After picking out my new Traverse He went to the finance office and spoke with the gentleman in there who is a genius. He told me that I was going to get deferred payments until March of 2024 and that I should refinance in February when the rates are guaranteed to go down to make the payments fall into my price range. Every employee there always has a smile on their face. I will return business with this dealership in the future.

Dave at auto shop is the best! He helped me deal with my car insurance claim department and I was able to get OEM part. He (possible his team)took extra care of my SUV by cleaning my car inside and a car wash. Looks brand new.He was buff out my side door. I hope I don't ever have to use his service but if I have to repair my damage vehicles... I will ask for him and his team. Highly recommend and you can trust him that he will to the right thing. Thank you so much Dave!!

Took my truck in to get the alignment checked . When I left my trucks steering wheel was crooked and was pulling to the right. Took it back immediately. They told me there was still a issue with the toe on the alignment.Waited there for 2.5 more hours just to leave there and have the steering wheel not aligned properly still . The staff there are very nice .but I just left there not feeling confident in the work that was done and I probably won’t be taking it back there anymore .

My experience at JBA was outstanding. My salesperson, Dylan Neidert, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. His follow up was buttoned up. I would highly recommend Dylan to any of my friends or family. Shopping for a car can be a stressful experience. He put us at ease not to mention he came in on his day off to finalize the sale!

Swift easy transaction. Jim Day helped me get my ordered C8 Z06 as people are stuck with no communication from the large regional dealers and will be waiting a few more years. Communication was great throughout the process and I was in and out of the dealer when it arrived. No sleazy sales tactics, "dealer charges", and mandatory add-ons that other dealers try to add in.

This was the best experience by far I have had at any dealership service department. Matt Ingson and his crew were very professional, courteous and friendly. I picked up my car on Wednesday and I am still bragging about the superb service I received. Test drove the used car. Problems were supposed to be addressed by the time of purchase. Problems persisted and more popped up. Service appointment scheduled to address the persistent and novel issues - no big deal, seemed like they were taking care of business. Arrive to appointment and am told that they are only addressing one of the car's issues, and I have to take time off work (again) to schedule another appointment - "they didn't tell us". No call to the the sales guys to figure out what was going on. Just seems like poor communication at the customer's expense. I've tried not to be a Karen throughout this process because I didn't buy a used Chevy. I bought an electric car that they admittedly knew nothing about...but were still selling. I had to walk them through a couple of things....no big deal. But then to be given the run around when I'm having issues with a car I just purchased from them, it makes them just like every other used car dealer.

Bought a car from them last week. They placed a false advertisement online about the car having 40/20/40 bench seat truck. Instead, the vehicle was a 5 seat truck. Either way, the salesman Mark was polite and helpful, and I really liked the truck. The finance manager was the opposite, no patience, short answers, and annoying (almost walked away because of his attitude). He got annoyed because I wanted to READ the documents I was signing. How dare I try and read the documents that say I am giving them thousands of dollars. I mean if you work customer service you should learn a little bit of customer service.

The service was great! The salesman John Ristaino was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and was will to work with me! There should be more people like him who let you look without having someone hanging over your shoulder. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Work was done in a timely manner. Tried this dealership and was satisfied although it was only there for a recall. The dealer in Annapolis flat-out refused to work on my car, a 2022 EV6.

John R. at JBA Chevrolet was incredibly helpful in securing a deal for us on a new truck. He was very friendly during our experience and was candid about pricing and options available, including meeting our value on a trade-in. John was able to work with his team to get us close to our budget and ensured we could drive off the lot on the same day. 10/10 would do business with John and JBA Chevrolet again.
