If your on a serious budget and traveling was not in your plans..well this is the place, if you have no vehicle this isn't the place. Bathroom was not totally clean, maintenance ? needs much to be desired. Elevator didn't work 3/4 of the time we were there, keep in mind we were on the 4th floor. Maybe it would be an investment to pay their staff more so they would care more..I'm just saying..need I say more! Wait isn't this a fire hazard? Management said the fire department removed the hoses on each floor..hummm.. really? Any comments let corporate know..

This hotel is my go to when I'm in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the front desk staff is always very nice. Breakfast is also very good. The beds are also very comfortable.

The staff and breakfast was wonderful, the check in and out was quick. The beds were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, not the greatest sleep. The pool was only outdoors and the gym was poor quality looking. I would say the price was not fair due to the amenities.

The shower walls have cracks; the toilet flushed constantly the first day; when fixed, the water pressure was too low; Keys did not work three time in three days; hallways smelled stuffy and were not vacuumed. This is the worse LaQuinta hotel I have stayed at!

Today I had my first experience parking at La Quinta for my flight out of BWI. The parking experience was seamless, couldn’t have gone better for first time travel with a 2 year old. Sonia was wonderful and accommodating, I will absolutely book this property again.

The customer service was great. I just don't like the smell in the rooms, my Son's room smells Worse than mine. I had to call the front desk for an air freshener. Sleep well. My son wants to know what kind of mattress. The hotel has. His back wasn't hurting when he got up for breakfast. Breakfast was greatRooms: Smells

This was possibly the worst place I've stayed in since I've been on the road. Traveling for work has me all over the Northeast and I'm sad to say that we should probably avoid this place at all costs. Not only is there potential health code violations, there are serious issues with the staff. Took three tries to get a room that's usable; first room reeked of urine and felt humid, second was torn apart (as if mid-inspection/room set up), and third was fine (despite a lingering stench in the room).Tried dialing "0" to get help and phone never connected. Staff seemed friendly enough, and while at the main entrance I saw the overnight-person chatting with guests while the phone was ringing off the hook for the two minutes I was down there. Never picked up.The gym is empty, devoid of working equipment (five total dumbbells, no mats, one treadmill and one stationary bike); the water machine had a missing nozzle, so couldn't even fill a water bottle.Cherry on top was the experience in the main lobby bathroom - after checking out and getting breakfast, I used the restroom on the main floor, just about a hundred feet from the kitchen. walking in, saw many flies, or what appeared to be flies, on the wall - shortly after a cockroach the size of my thumb was trailing next to me. Chances are that the dozens of flies were actually roaches in their young stages..avoid at all costs - there are plenty of options just down the street/a couple miles away that are much better.only saving grace is the kind and compassionate check-in staffRooms: two of the 3 rooms I was given during the 1 night stay were unacceptable, either due to the condition or the room, the smell.Noteworthy details: possible health code violations in progress. cockroach in the bathroom. overall uncomfortable

Air conditioning not working properlyI kept 65degree and continuous fan running that is when I felt ok. This facility doesn’t have any good options in breakfast. Also this property doesn’t have any water cooler so if you are staying at this property please carry water with you or else a water bottle at the hotel is very expensive

The location of this hotel was why we stayed here. It was on overall 2.5/5 stars. Could’ve been better for the price but it also could’ve been much, much worse (especially considering all the other reviews on here). We really only stayed in the hotel to sleep and for a little bit of downtime in between adventures in Baltimore so it served it’s purpose. The staff and reception was pleasant enough, though they seemed always distracted, and everything was clean in our room. There is a $40 fee if you want to check in early. The room was decently sized but did not smell good. I ended up buying a candle to use while we were in the room. Mattress was great, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The pullout couch was pretty worn down with suspicious looking rips and stains. AC was decent in the room but the rest of the hotel was humid, warm, and sticky. For whatever reason the toilet in our bathroom was super noisy when we flushed. The bathroom had no exhaust fan or vent. The shower faucet dripped continuously but wasn’t too loud. The handle was incredibly loose. Look elsewhere if you want a long, hot shower.I wouldn’t stay again but it was worth the privacy and location over similarly priced options like the AirBnBs in the city. I believe it is overpriced for what it offers .

This property is a glorified truck stop. The rooms are disgusting & mildewy and then sprayed with air freshener to try and cover it so we could not breathe when we opened the doors! The keys we were given by the front desk did not work on the rooms so we had to go back three different times to get keys that actually worked. Front desk could not find my second reservation so we were charged rack rate instead of a reduced rate we paid online. Also charged one of the highest pet fees of $40 per night of any La Quinta. Food was inedible and all microwaved. No waffle maker and coffee was terrible. Did not feel clean or safe the entire night we were there and will never go back. Absolutely not to the standards of Wyndham or La quintas elsewhere!Rooms: Full of moisture and mildew and smelled so bad we almost turned around and continued driving to find somewhere else to stay but we were exhausted from a long driveSafety: Did not feel safe it felt like a truck stop with mixed transient types as guests. Room keys did not work three times. And we were constantly looking out the window checking on the car because we felt like it was an area that was not safe & our car would be broken into.Food & drinks: Breakfast was horrible. Bad coffee and microwaved eggs and pancakes and no waffle maker which is the standard of other La quintas. Thank God there is a Denny's across the street.

I'm not sure what I expected but damn. The carpet was torn. There was a random plunger sitting in the hall. The hotel felt like the A/C was off. The bathroom toilet sits really low and was leaking. Then the bathroom light was rusted. Maybe that's the look they were going for bit it doesnt match the rest of the decor. The sliding glass door was rusted as well. The breakfast was fine. The sink leaked but was fixed with questionable patch work

Came in on a Friday and booked 3 nights, Saturday morning was woken up by the cleaning crew 3 times, kn the 4th time they came they asked if I was leaving, I said no and asked the front desk. Well they only booked me 1 night. Extended my reservation and paid up front this time. Sunday morning was a repeat of Saturday. Only didn't have to extend and pay this time. Room was clean on first look. But not in good condition. The bathroom is rough to say the best; discolored bath tub, rusting light fixture, all bulbs different hues of white, horrible/leaky faucets; the closet was broken, and the safe didn't lock (also broken). Not much of these were a huge concern for me because I just needed a bed to sleep in and a shower to bathe in. However if you're looking for more don't expect much.Rooms: Room was clean on first look. But not in good condition. Do NOT STAY HERE!! We just stayed there this past weekend (Aug 12th to 13th). Upon reaching the hotel you can see huge damage to the property in the top of the front door. We walked in, checked in pretty fast and went up to our room. While walking to the elevator, you can see stain spots on the carpet, really run down furniture, the walls need paint job BADLY. The place looks dirty and smell very musky. As for our room, the door to the room was damaged right next to the lock, as if it had been forced open. The room smelled like they had tried to hide the smell of cigarettes very unsuccessfully. There was mold on the bathroom walls and bathtub. I had planned to take my kids to the pool so we changed quickly and went down to the pool. We got there and the area around the pool was very dirty with random old brooms and a dirty net. The pool seemed a bit murky so I was apprehensive at first but just thought since there were other families enjoying it, it was safe to go in. Within 10-15 minutes a parent comes over and tells me that he heard someone threw up in the pool in case I wanted to take my kids out. OF COURSE I DID!! I was mortified! My kids were on the verge of crying when they realized. We got out of there immediately and my husband went to the front desk to ask to speak to the manager . The front desk person told him that the manager was not reachable that day or the day after....she proceeded to say that she was told when someone threw up in the pool. Why not CLOSE THE POOL??? She knew NOTHING about the procedure to clean the pool. She couldn't answer any questions about how often it was cleaned and told us the lady that is in charge of cleaning the pool had to leave early due to an emergency (irony!). She couldn't give us any information regarding access to a manager. Our experience here was awful! At this point, my kids had been potentially exposed to contaminated pool water and we did not even have access to a manager. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied. We will never be coming back.

Okay, so the room served it's purpose. The bad:The night staff (receptionist) was completely rude. The hotel smells, the door to the room was quite askew and while it did lock, it made you wonder. The shower tub was cracked badly and flooded the bathroom floor when you showered. The good:The room was clean and the bed slept good. The morning staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was awesome and composed of a full breakfast menu and all you could eat.

No towels (they said they didn’t have any or they had some with stains is what the front desk told me), we had a half used roll of toilet paper for 5 of us)… I asked for more, the front desk told me “we have this or this” and holds up a used roll of toilet paper or a box of tissues. The Dove bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty. Finally was able to get two towels (again five of us) and a roll of toilet paper. Their breakfast left a lot to be desired. They also stated they had no butter or coffee creamer. Loud barking dark and loud staff early in the hallway was a real treat too.Their rooms say they sleep five but I did my research and brought an air mattress because two full beds do not sleep five! Will never stay there again.
