I brought a washer & dryer set Saturday, it was delivered Monday, used Wednesday and dryer doesn’t work. Called store to inform them and was told they’ll call me back. They returned and fix the minor issue. Dryer working properly

I have used Liberty several times and it has been a great experience each time. The showroom is well stocked, clean and orderly.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery people are pleasant and carful When I did have a problem with a refrigerator, a repair person immediately came out, diagnosed the problem and it was quickly repaired. This week I went to several other used appliance stores in the Baltimore area and when I went back to Liberty, I realized just how together they are. I highly recommend them

Do not buy in this place!! Best save your money and buy new appliances!! My husband and I recently got a house and we decided to go to this place in order to save money. We got a washer, drier and a refrigerator. Yes price was cheap, but it is not worth it. The first two weeks our washer had some issues and it just stop working. We called them and they send a technician to fix it, finally he couldn’t fix it and instead they exchanged with another washer. The washer we have now has mold and smells terrible. This week the refrigerator stop working. It has been two months since we got the appliances! This is a nightmare!
