Doing a review for someone else.A worker named ms Debbie was GREAT, she wwnt above and beyond when none of the other workers could help. He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. Need more people like this.

I was on the hunt for planters today and I wandered into this particular Lowe's after a uninspiring visit to At Home. I'm in search for mid-sized lightweight planters that can be suitable for outdoors though I intend to keep said planter inside. I wandered around the inside part of the garden center for a while and saw some plants I really liked, but no planters that fit my criteria. I popped outside and saw a lot of lightweight planters but I have to say, I was super disappointed. All the nice ones were too big or weird colors. Everything in the right size just would not do. I'm not often in Glen Burnie, so I doubt I return to this Lowe's. They have nice plants though.

Uuuuuugh! Their Price Match guarantee is a lie. I should have read these warnings before I'd decided to do business with them! I was replacing windows on the front on my home and I wanted to give Lowes the business. They've been around for so long, and I felt that I could trust the Lowes brand name, especially if there were any problems post sale. Bad idea! Heck, I couldn't even get around all of the problems pre-sale! My experience was horrible! I'd gotten an estimate from another company for a little cheaper and I went to Lowes for a price match. They gave me the runaround the whole time! One was outright nasty, and others were condescending and dismissive. Several people gave me their numbers and promised they'd get someone on it, but apparently only to pacify me in their presence because none of them would even answer their phones when I'd call. Okay, one did, but he never got me a price match either. I'd spent over a month trying to get a simple price match, but all I really got was discounted and disrespected. More than once, I'd felt racial tension directed toward me and I just feel like it was completely unnecessary and out of line. I didn't react to that. That was their issue- not mine. Because of the lack of assistance I'd received from Lowes, I had to give my business to the other company. Lowes advertises that they price match. Dont count on it! They didn't. In fact, they tried to charge me over $700 more than the quote I had from the competitor! When I finally called corporate, the offenses only continued! The supervisor there pretended to be horrified and had assured me that Lowes doesn't condone such bad behavior and racism and that someone would definitely be reaching out to me soon. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting! I've called back to corporate a few times only to be put on hold and left there ignored every time! I'm going to have to agree with the writer of an earlier review that I've just read and agree that we all might do better going to Home Depot. I've not had this same experience there, and I especially don't appreciate false advertising, at all.

Visited during a slow Wednesday morning. Needed help in piping. No one came around for the first 15 minutes I was in the section. Asked for assistance three times, once at appliance section, where the associate called for someone to meet me at the aisle. No one came. I went to customer service and asked if they cut PVC. Was told yes. Asked if he could page someone to help me. He said someone should be there. I told him I had not seen anyone in the section for 20 minutes. He grabbed a paper and told me the name of who should have been there...and I'm supposed to do what with that? Je made no attempt to call anyone. I walk back to piping for a third time to I guess start asking there 0 associates over there what their name was to see if they were the piping guy. Finally two people at back of store. First Lady either ignored or didn't hear me say excuse me. Another gentleman comes by and asks if I need help. I asked if he could help me with cutting pvc. He tells me now that you guys do not cut pvc. I told him that customer service said you do. He said he would be over to help me. Waited 10 minutes still no one. I would have spent a good chunk of money with the slightest effort of assistance but since it felt like I was bothering the few associates I did encounter I left without purchasing anything. I am extremely disappointed and on my way over to Home Depot now.

I went into this Lowe's looking for a light bulb for my backyard floodlight. I found it online so I went first to find it in the aisle. When I didn't find it I went to the customer service desk to ask for help in locating the bulb. The older gentleman at the desk took a look at my phone and said " its right at that area"pointing to the same area I looked before; he also told me, "go back there and look, you can do it, its not that difficult. I went back there to look. I still did not find it. I asked a customer in the area if she new anything about floodlight bulbs. She looked on her tablet and together we searched for it. 30 minutes later we both went back to the customer service desk again. The same gentleman was there. He told us to go look some more because as he said "its there. I found an African American employee in the store and asked him to help me. He said they were busy and were working short. Then I asked for the supervisor. She was about to leave but told that older gentleman to help me. He didn't. Then I found an assistant manager; she said she would gladly help me. She went to the bulb section with me and found a bulb she said was compatible to the one I was looking for. I went to ring it up. The African American employee was at the register. He said that was the wrong bulb. The older gentleman answered just go back and look for it you should find it. I having tried for one hour without any luck told them both that I am going to Home Depot to find it there and I walked out. They didn't seem to care. I did go to Home depot; I asked for help at the customer service. They went to the bulb section with me and within 5minutes I was out the door with the correct floodlight bulb. If you want good stress free customer service don't go to Lowe's on Ritchie highway Glen Burnie, go to Home depot in Pasadena Md.

Worst managed Lowes ever! After a week and 3 visits to the store they still could not manage to put together an order to be picked up. Pitiful.

I am absolutely CRUSHED. I have been a loyal Customer to Lowe's since 1989. Why? Because of the way they handled a paint concern back then. Because of that, I've stayed true to Lowe's and shopped there during good times and not so good economic times. I've spent a fortune there. However, now after 30+ years, I think I'm done with Lowe's. I recently had an issue, and the issue was caused by Lowe's website not making an update properly. I contacted Customer Care and was told they could not help me. I emailed the Executive Customer Relations mailbox and received a generic form letter response with no resolution or promise of resolution - only a thank you for sending my concern so that they could review and improve service. And now, because Lowe's doesn't care, I think I'm finally done with Lowe's and all over a $45 discrepancy - that's it, $45. I've returned my close to $900 order and will now shop elsewhere. This isn't the first time Lowe's has let us down over the past 3-5 years. It seems to be growing with every encounter. If you need anything or have a concern, you will not get help or resolution. I'm still waiting for replacement floor registers that were sent wrong last December - I'm guessing I'm out of luck with those too. I could care less what happens to Lowe's. I'd feel bad for the good employees impacted but shoot the employees we've come in contact with are the reason so many of us are leaving - what's that say...... Lowe's didn't feel it important to talk to me about my concerns or help fix them that I don't feel I need to shop Lowe's any longer.

Don't come here if you need wood cut. You'll pass on to the next life before someone comes to you. I had an associate page the entire store twice and even called the main phone number from the back of the store and still waited an hour to get wood cut.

The managers do not come when the cashiers call them. The cashiers cannot ring items up that need an override. It requires a manager. You will stand and wait until you decide to shop elsewhere. Save the trip. Go somewhere else.

I found out that this location cuts many corners. Their merchandise team isn't very nice to their women for example, they regularly left one woman out in the summer heat while the rest of the team was inside with the AC. It's sad that most employees feel they can't depend on HR to address management who lie on them and talk down to them. I pray for the employees of this Lowe's location. They do the best with what the store gives them, they deserve better treatment that last all year, not just when the survey or VIPs come around. Do better Lowe's. Be better than Home Depot.

I wanted to replace my front door and rear storm door and felt Low's (6650 Ritchie HWY Glen Bernie, MD 21061) was the place to go. Unfortunately I was wrong. The initial experience was great! I spoke with a sales associate who took a $35 deposit and then scheduled a contractor to come take measurements. The contractor never contacted me or responded to complete the service. Which I took off of work for the scheduled appointment. I've called lows window and door department countless times and even went into the store without receiving any additional assistance. Sales associates told me to call the contractor back myself and another stated he would reach out to the contractor or find another contractor by the end of the business day. I have not heard from lows or the contractor. After receiving poor service and the loss of my deposit I would not recommend anybody to use Low's for door or window installations.

Horrible service we ordered a stove four weeks ago and we received it today
The stove was damaged. The delivery guy said it wasn’t his fault and he will see if they have more in stock
We called to check and they said they have to create a new work order and they can’t do anything else about it. The guy who we talked over the phone was rude and not helpful at all
Do not recommend this place

I hate giving reviews to a place based on only one experience. This place consistently underwhelms. My latest ordeal occurred when trying to return one item. It should have been a simple in and out. I had my receipt and the item unopened in its package. One person was in front of me. There were 4 people at the return/order pick up desk. The other person was waiting to be helped. Four workers were standing around talking while we waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, someone walked to the computer and did something. And then walked off... So we waited again...the person in front of me was clearly aggravated because he had been ignored for longer. Finally after close to 15 minutes of us standing around, someone approaches a register and offers to help. By the time I finished returning my item there were an additional 6 or 7 people waiting to return items. Morale of the story, I really need to stop going to this Lowes unless I can grab whatever I'm buying on my own and walk out.
