Be careful - The medical care was good but the office and billing staff was not good.Be careful - if you’re self-pay patient, don’t leave unless they give you a bill. And I recommend you pay it on spot.God forbid the bill doesn’t show up for you to pay it within 30 days…because they won’t honor the self-pay discounted rates.We were not charged at time of service nor provided a quote. We were simply told that they would bill us.The first bill we received was after 30 days. When I called to make payment, they informed me that they would not honor the discount because it was after the 30 days. So I went ahead and paid everything but the discount. Now they are sending me to collections. I tried many times to work this out with the billing department, and also with the office directly. They each told me to get with the other. Finally I asked to speak with the office manager, who was always busy or never around. I asked for them to call me back and they never did. Instead, they made another office member call me to relay a message… (the message being that they would not honor the discount, and my only option was to pay it.)That’s lousy customer service.

You can never get through on the phone for any reason. When you finally do get through (by saying you are a provider) they act like they are doing you a favor. Ridiculous and frustrating

MANUEL SKOW has treated my brother Roger for many years and has consistently exceeded all expectations. With so many dynamics with my brothers health conditions, Manuel has always gone above and beyond to find the best solutions available to treat these conditions. Great doctor's office.Very happy with the service for over 20 years! Seen multiple doctors and they all work together to give the best care.Nurses are kind. Office staff is helpful. Easy to communicate over phone or email.

my deep dissatisfaction with the recent medical visit on (5/22/2023) I have had at your facility. My reason for the visit was to do my annual check up. I have encountered several issues related to improper coding and billing, which have caused significant inconvenience and financial strain on my end.The primary issue is with the diagnosis code Z91.89, which is being used to describe my recent blood work. It has come to my attention that this code implies "other specific personal risk factors, not elsewhere classified." This code is both inaccurate and misleading, as my health reports and lab results consistently indicate that I am an extremely healthy individual with no personal risk factors posing a hazard to my health.also. I have been informed that the billing department can resubmit claims with corrected codes unlimited times within a 90-day window. However, I have been told by the billing department that changing the code to DX Z00.01 will permanently lock the claim with the final submission, preventing any further attempts to resubmit it to the insurance. This misinformation has left me feeling deceived and helpless in resolving the billing errors.Furthermore, the billing department's refusal to provide me with their email address is incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. As a working professional with busy hours, it is challenging for me to call during your office hours to resolve this matter. Having an email address to communicate about billing concerns would be an effective and efficient way for me to address the issue without disrupting my work schedule.

I started going to the Arnold office when I was 15. I moved to Pasadena when I was 24 and went to that office. At 30, I moved again to Glen Burnie and have been going to this office ever since (I'm turning 46 next month). I called and left messages to make an appointment for my yearly physical. They never responded. So, I sent a message using the online contact form. Still nothing. Finally, I requested a refill for one of my prescriptions and they called. They said, "you can't get new prescriptions without re-establishing care." First, I've been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks. Please don't act like I did something wrong. Second, I've been going to this office for 15 years and to a MPCP office for 30. Why do I have to re-establish care. I understand my doctor retired. But, I doubt he took all my information with him. Plus, I have seen different people there throughout the years. Now I have to have an appointment to re-establish care and then make another appointment for my physical. I have to pay for 2 visits when I only need 1 and take time rhat I don't have to waste to go to 2 separate appointments. What a scam.

I rather die than go here for medical attention.The absolute worse went once for my first appointment and won't be back.The front desk is unprofessional and rude.HIPPA violations I can hear everything said about the patient in the next room they leave documents around I mean I don't know how they are still allowed to help people. This is my maiden name btw.

I will certainly be leaving this practice!! They do not answer calls and/or messages through the portal. They do not call back. I was told my provider is not good at answering her messages, she “tends to be that person who reads her messages and thinks she replied but never does”. Said that if I really wanted to get an answer from my provider then I should consider making an appointment with my provider so that I can get in touch. Now why on earth would I need to make an appointment to see my provider, pay my copay just for my provider to literally answer my yes or no question. This practice has went completely downhill, it does not even look appealing! Last time I had an appointment they brought me into an exam room that wasn’t even cleaned from the patient prior to me. I had to tear the bed paper off myself before I sat down. They had flyers on the wall with improper grammar. Overall just Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

On December 3 I had a appointment with Dr.Mauel appointment went good I been faxing a physical paper for my work all week and explained to staff why I needed the physical paper for my work and Dr Manuel Nevered called in my meds I needed . I went to the pharmacy about 3 times to pick up saying it was nevered called in . I will not be coming back because no one cared handling my situation.

Front end customer service is horrible. I never get called back and am on hold for more than 30 minutes every time. I don’t come here anymore except for physicals because of this and it is a shame.

I have had aching and cramping in my left arm for 5 weeks. I have had 2 visits where I have been given steriods and muscle relaxers which have not fixed my problem. I was rudely told if my pain and cramping did not stop after the steriod I would get an MRI. I was also referred to physical theropy, where I have to wait 4 weeks for an apiontment. I enquiered after the steriod cycle was finished about getting the MRI because I still have discomfort in my arm. After 2 days of waiting for a response I was told to do phyusical theropy before the MRI. Which is still 3 weeks away. I exspessed this and was told to just wait. No offer for anything for my discomfort, just wait and suffer for three weeks until physical theropy. Unexceptable! after years of going to this office, I will be looking for a new docoters office because I do not feel I am getting proper care for my injury!

Drove in from Virginia and hit a huge unexpected traffic jam. Missed the apparently 15 minute grace period so instead of letting me see the doctor at all I am being charged for a no-show and have to reschedule and come back again.

A horrible experience from the minute I walked in the door. I suffer from kidney stones and needed pain medication for the excruciating pain I was experiencing. Dr. Forman prescribed me the pills but then asked me if I was selling them! I have never been so insulted in my life. Whoever is reading this, I hope you feel better and DO NOT GO HERE!You respond that you have no record for me. You lost my medical records?? I am not surprised.

I can't express how great the place, the people, and the atmosphere was. Reception was kind quick and on point. My nurse was amazing (very sorry i forgot your name) very kind and very good and thorough, perfect at drawing blood and took pride in doing it well I really like that it says alot when someone takes pride in there work and my doctor Melissa Rieben was quite literally the best doctor I've ever seen. Completely attentive and cared very much about all my concerns. In my humble opinion I belive she went above and beyond her dutys for that visit very easily could have made me make another appointment for some of it. I truly felt cared for and safe in there hands. Simply amazing they have a new patient for life and more importantly I have a new amazing health care staff I know has my health above all else. Thank you so much MPCP OF GLEN BURNIE!
