Was very pleased with the Glen Burnie store, all personel were very professional and treated me with respect. They were knowledgeable and helped me decide for myself exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this store to everyone. Bed was delivered last night delivery spot on time, installed in no time by friendly staff that knew thier job. Last night I had a very comfortable rest/sleep, best in a long while and this mourning was refreshed ?

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Tony. He was knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly. He didn't give us the cheesy sales pitches, but talked to us and asked for our needs and wants. He found something reasonable within our price range and walked us through all the details. It's been a few weeks since our purchase and we are loving it! I highly recommend Tony!

We received very professional and friendly service. We were greeted when we came in, received quick interactions and then allowed to casually test the various beds. The purchase process was smooth and explained well. Delivery time is also extremely quick. Da’ronn is very professional and easy to work with.

The personnel working was super helpful and understanding. He ordered the mattress I desired and box spring. He was upfront on how long I would have to wait for the mattress. Other than that, experience was good overall.

Alex was great. Well informed about the mattresses. But he relayed the info in such a way that related it to real world situations. He was so helpful. I would recommend Alex again and again. However, I did not start out at Glen Burnie. First, I went to Pasadena and the associate there, Daron, was so condescending. He suggested a $2400 mattress, but I didn't want to spend that money plus with the base. I was going to buy less of a bed and base due to the sales person. Then I go to Glen Burnie and meet Alex. I ended up buying a $3500 bed and not the free base. So, the salesperson does matter. Fortunately, I realized that I did not have to buy a mattress from him. I left and had thes best experience after all.

Excellent customer service. Tony is very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared his honest opinion about the differences between the mattresses and provided a recommendation based on our needs/wants. Best of all…we got our mattress for a great price!

When we walked in immediately we were greeted by Alex. And from there Alex helped us with looking for a mattress that fit our needs. He took his time, showed us our options that were in our price range. He went above and beyond to help us. Most sales individuals are about just seeing how much they can get you to buy. But Alex wasn’t that type of sales person. Which says a lot about an individual. With his help my boyfriend and I were able to find something better than we were originally looking for. I definitely would recommend seeking his help if you’re in need of someone to help you find the right mattress for you. Thank you again Alex for your help. I truly appreciate it!
