I generally avoid going into cell phone stores as they try to upcharge you or add on stuff without letting you know about it.
Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.
Walked in expecting a nightmare, ended up saving lots of cash, definitely satisfied.

The owner displayed discourteous behavior. We purchased two phones with SIM cards. Instead of providing clear explanations of the packages, he seemed impatient and rushed to make the sale. He exhibited disrespect when we inquired about a different phone color. Furthermore, his expression of gratitude after the sale was inadequate.

Not open until 9! Update your hours! Came at 7:45 on a Tuesday night, and they closed the whole mall already! Smh, they might as well just shut the thing down all together!

I can’t tell you just how much I appreciate the owner of this store! He setup the phones and transferee our data and assisted with resetting our password. Used other MPCS store in the past but this will be my go to store now. Wonderful experience!

If this is a Authorized MetroPCS why did they give me a Verizon phone that is not working right. No signal when I leave the Maryland area. Waste of money and time. DON'T BUY A PHONE FROM HERE.
