The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. I immediately asked for the branch management. I was later, assisted by Miss Ebon’e J. The Acting branch manager who I truly believe went beyond and above to assist my necessary needs. She made all the necessary calls and emails. She was understanding, patient, and professional.
