First time in a PetSmart in a long time just got 2 new puppies was inquiring about vet care first but the ads online are misleading no problem got my price list did some shopping around talked to a sweet employee shorter African American girl. I asked about the grooming she was not fully informed of everything which is ok she told of some services that was on special fine. I approach grooming salon there’s a very large dog having some issues I’m waiting to ask my question the SIGNAGE PER THE PETSMART POLICY IS ONE FAMILY AT A TIME I was 4th in line I waited patiently 25 minutes. I am a person that’s very large in size and have mobility issues. Right when it was my turn an employee who’s says her name is holly bogards past I asked if she works in the grooming salon she said know I need to get them for another customer…. So the person bysteps me handles the other customer and wouldn’t answer my questions and refused service to me I was asking for a nail trim and to trim two puppies less then 4 pounds anal area that’s it. She told me since they had so many animals try to attack them today they were not taking any other dogs they’re too busy ITS 11:30 am at the time they’ve only been opened 2 hours.

I only went to this location once and I'll never been back. Customer service is lacking and I felt a wierd vibe from the associates. I stick to the location on Mountain or better yet PETCO.....

I went to adopt a bird last night I had everything in the shopping cart cage toys food treats and everything else I asked what time do they close she said 7 and they are open until 9 Monday through Saturday that they close at 7 on Sundays so I couldn't make it so when I got off of work I was going to go straight from work to there but my wife told me I can't that there is no one there that can help me so I was LIED TO

I would NOT recommend this location! I was required to provide an updated rabies vaccination for my 7yr. 9 mo. pup to be groomed. I arrived with the updated document from Baltimore County Animal Services located at 13800 Manor Drive. 21013. They would not accept the document because it was hand written. All of the certifications since 2018 when I brought her home have been hand written as I was also able to show. Thankfully I was able to get a 2:30 pm appointment at Golden Ring Petco, where her certificate was gladly accepted with my $120.00 payment after tip! Shame on you PetSmart!

My groomer Jullie is very good. She gave my dog the little he needed. They’re very nice. Nice they handle your pets. Very good. The place is always clean.

I was very displeased with my experience at your establishment.”Julie” One of the employees refused to get up off a stool to help me locate an item I was looking for. I was absolutely baffled by her lack of enthusiasm to help a customer simply locate an item. I ended up leaving and will not be back. Unprofessional.

Repeatedly tried to cancel my grooming appointment when I told him I really needed the appointment. They said OK but when I finally got to do the appointment, they told me that the documentation I have from the clinic where my dog gets her shots was not enough. They kept switching their story but all in all because they called so many times in the days ahead of the appointment. I think they just wanted to cancel it because they didn’t want to do it. It’s incredibly hard for me and my family to get off work and my dog really needed disappointment. It was very upsetting. They started by saying because it was handwritten. They couldn’t accept it, but I take my dog to a clinic inside of a store because I can’t really afford a traditional veterinarian and they do printer copies they write on receipt like yellow paper made for their clinic
I have taken my dog to mini clinics and groomers and even to the SPCA to get fixed before And no one has ever had a problem with these documents

Took our golden retriever Lilly here on 6/27/24 for a full grooming $120.00, this would be her first ever full groom. We left before really checking her out. When we got home we seen clumps of hair coming out from behind her legs so my mom decided to brush them, then she brushed her all over, now we know to never trust Petsmart again because this is how much hair we took off her the next day, not only that but the hair cut was chopped on her belly. So instead of relying on petsmart to take care of our dog before going to the beach, we basically had to do after paying for it to be done!!! I which was never done!!! This is a photo of the hair we took off her the day after.

This place sucks. Had an appointment scheduled to get my dog groomed and then when I went, the power went out which I understood. They called later that day to reschedule my grooming appointment for today at 9 AM in which they called me this morning to cancel that appointment. Completely unprofessional in which I had to go to another location. Let’s just say overall will NOT be going back.
