This place makes no sense the way they conduct business. EVERYTHING is literally a pain in the ass. I have had an account here for 2 weeks which is 13 days longer than I could tolerate. I have no idea how they have 5 stars 4.8 whatever. In the week and a half that I have had an account here, using this bank just costs me money and probably blew a great opportunity for me. This place sucks completely.

I would give zero if I could.. I tried to cash a payroll paycheck.. I was being understanding of the fact I do not bank here and was cashing a check for the first time.. So they had to call the office to verify.. Completely understanding.. However, after waiting here for over 40-45mins, the one lady, Miriam, was extremely rude.. to the point I even caught a lot of other employees rolling theirs about it.. the 2 women that did help me, were awesome, Joanne and I didn’t catch the other young ladys name.. but they were top notch.. if this branch has staffing issues, I can guarantee you. It’s because the manager is rude as hell. and micromanages her tellers, standing behind them while they’re trying to do any sort of transaction.. it was ridiculous!

This branch customer service is excellent, and there's typically no wait time to see a teller. Maryam, one of the managers, is very friendly and provides helpful information.

Quick service and no line. They also have a drive thru.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Notary. Called and attempted to get things done properly and showed up to get told I had to wait at least an hour If not more.

I was sitting in the lobby, waiting to see a banker for a minor issue, and I was told that in order to see a banker I would have to scan a qr code on my phone to make an appointment. I'm sitting in the lobby! This sounds like don't bother us unless you are making a deposit. I have a personal checking, savings, credit card, and heloc. I have a business checking and credit card. Maybe it's time to investigate other banks that are not bothered by dealing with customers.

This location has By far the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve had problems with there other locations, but from day one, they were great! All thumbs up for me ☺️

Got here early Saturday morning and they had a long line. There was 1 teller for both the line inside and drive through. Seems like a manager issue
