I was sitting in the lobby, waiting to see a banker for a minor issue, and I was told that in order to see a banker I would have to scan a qr code on my phone to make an appointment. I'm sitting in the lobby! This sounds like don't bother us unless you are making a deposit. I have a personal checking, savings, credit card, and heloc. I have a business checking and credit card. Maybe it's time to investigate other banks that are not bothered by dealing with customers.

This location has By far the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve had problems with there other locations, but from day one, they were great! All thumbs up for me ☺️

Got here early Saturday morning and they had a long line. There was 1 teller for both the line inside and drive through. Seems like a manager issue

Drive thru is horrible they don't even acknowledge you when you send the tube over and inside is just as bad every time I come there is only one person working counter and people standing around talking to greet you no customer service

Another terrible PNC branch. Being the only car in the drive thru, you should never be waiting for 30+ mins to deposit 2 checks. I don’t know what’s going on with PNC lately, but they need to get it together. I understand everywhere is understaffed, but this is just unacceptable.

I filed dispute yesterday and I was told would take 90 days to get my money to my account. Customer service very rude. I'm going to close my account.

I used to visit this branch more often when I worked in the area. The employees were always super friendly. I ended up going through the drive thru yesterday to cash a check. I attemoted to use the walk up atm but it didn't give me the option for check deposits. I had one car in front of me and it took forever! Like way too long! I almost backed out and left but then I saw them finishing up. I accomplished my mission but was a little frustrated with the wait.
