I only used this place for a month while moving but the staff did right by me even if I didn't meet them. I was set to be billed on 7/1 so as I got close to the end of the month I was all worried about getting it empty to save the money. I emptied the unit on 6/30 and all I did was leave the door open. At 7:01 that evening I got an automatic email saying that I was all good to go and that I wouldn't be billed. Very pleased with that so I'll definitely use public storage again.

It's always a pleasant experience when I go into this this place. The staff always so helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Melck and Tyrell’s. I went in with a worry and came out with a smile and my problem solved. I have use this place on and off for years and alway come back because they are so helpful.

The moment I walked through the door I had a warm welcome. Samantha greeted me and was very welcoming and helpful. She was able to answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got the answers I needed. I got a tour of the units and she was very attentive to my needs . I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. I give Samantha 10 stars for great customer service.

I went to this location to rent a storage and I can't tell you how happy I felt after I left. I met a lady at the counter by the name of Sam and courtesy, patience and professionalism is not even enough to describe her. Thanks miss sam for all the help. 🙏
