Excellent service from Sandy when I went to drop off a sample. She was very kind and took extra time to walk me through my insurance benefits, and ensured my testing would get done correctly and also sent to the right doctor. Could not have asked for more professional or kinder service. People like her make the world a better place. @Quest give her a raise

Making an appointment online on the app was super easy and check in was just acknowledging a text. They sent me prior to me walking in. Phlebotomist was amazing.

I’ve always considered Quest Diagnostics the gold standard when it comes to lab work, but this particular location completely changed my perspective—for the worse. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The office was disorganized, and the staff was inattentive and unprofessional. I expected a certain level of care and efficiency, but what I encountered felt careless and dismissive.
This visit made me question everything I thought I knew about Quest. I left feeling frustrated and completely let down. If you need to use Quest for lab work, do yourself a favor and pick a different location. I won’t be returning to this one.

Why make appointments when they don't take you on time? This place is sad. No one at the front desk to assist. How long does it take to draw blood???? They never take you at your appointment time until you start complaining. The lady had an 11:30 appt she complained at 12:15 then they said you're next. Next. That tells me they won't be taking me at my appointment time because it's already 3 people past their time. It's now 10 mins past my time and 2 others have time that already past. Get some help quest or get some employees who want to work.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 p.m. and was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. This was impressive since there were only two phlebotomists working and a completely full waiting room. I was extremely happy with the exceptional and courteous treatment I received.

My appt was 8:10 am and they choose to take someone before me. That persons appt. was 8:45 am. I let them know and it didn't really matter to them. that was rude and inconsiderate of that phlebotomist. Her name was Nicole.

Going to Quest Diagnostics is very easy, The people that work there and wait on you are very nice, They are very helpful,
As i did a walk in ,
Now setting up by phone can use some work that why i did a walk in.
